| The 14 th Five-Year Plan proposes to make the manufacturing industry more informative and intelligent.Using the Internet technologies to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is the key to raising the level of corporate quality management and improving the corporate competitiveness.Through the research on the production process of metallurgical saw blades,and combined with the production process characteristics and system functional requirements,this subject has developed a production process monitoring and quality traceability system based on the four-layer system architecture of the Internet of Things.Firstly,the SPC technology is applied to the production process of the enterprise,and a control chart pattern recognition model based on PCA-PSO-SVM is constructed.Through OC-SVM to quickly identify abnormal patterns,MSVM to determine the specific types of abnormal patterns,and the validity of the model is verified.Secondly,the product quality traceability object and the quality traceability method of batch management are determined.By analyzing the key nodes of saw blade batch information generation,a quality traceability model based on Petri net is established,and the serial production information of each link is realized.Finally,a data acquisition terminal with STM32F407 microcontroller as the core is designed,the development method of front-end and backend separation is adopted,and technical means such as My SQL,Spring Boot and Vue are applied.The design and integration of database,front-end and back-end systems,and Io T cloud platform have been completed,and functional requirements for product quality monitoring,equipment status monitoring,and quality traceability have been realized.This research combines quality management technology with IOT technology,and conducts research from various aspects such as data acquisition,transmission,storage,analysis,display and so on,so as to realize the real-time and intelligent monitoring and traceability management of saw blade production process,which provides a reference for enterprises to improve their quality supervision capabilities.Figure 51;Table 20;Reference 49... |
