Fluorescent probe molecules are one of the most effective means of detecting large molecules in living organisms due to their unique and excellent optical characteristics in the spectrum. They contain a unique push-pull electron system with the advantage of excellent optical characteristics. The aggregates of the them respond to changes in the structure of the DNA G-quadruplex,resulting in large differences in optical properties which have been innovatively constructed that selectively respond to metal ions and amino acid molecules.N-propanesulfonate-benzothiazolium squaraine probe(F-Cl)was designed and synthesized for the detection of Pb2+in solution G-quadruplex recognized Pb2+as a template. The F-Cl exists as dimers and monomers in ultrapure water. The presence of Pb2+converts the single-stranded structure of T30695 into a G-quadruplex structure, which will convert the advanced aggregates into monomers in the system with a change in the absorption spectrum. The F-Cl-T30695 has been applied to the detection of Pb2+in tap water.3,3’-di(3-sulfopropyl)-4,5,4’,5’-dibenzo-9-ethylthiacarbocyanine triethylammonium salt(ETC)enables dual-channel detection of small molecules of cysteine and Hg2+by modulating the supramolecular aggregation of ETC.The ETC can be regulated the aggregates using Hg2+and cysteine based on the structural changes in the nucleic acid aptamer sequence AGRO100.The results can be achieved by changes in the spectrum. The ETC-AGRO100 has been applied to the determination of cysteine content in human serum.Using Cu+to catalyze the click chemistry reaction of azide and alkynyl modified aptamer sequences,a new sequence was generated. The 3,3’-di(3-sulfopropyl)-4,5,4’,5’-dibenzo-9-methylthiacarbocyanine triethylammonium salt(MTC)is regulated by changing the configuration of the nucleic acid aptamer, and the spectral characterization is changed. The optimized identification method has been applied to the detection of Cu2+in tap water. The innovative construction of fluorescent probe system for metal ions and amino acid based on supramolecular aggregates of cyanine dyes in response to DNA G-quadruplexes provides a new strategy for the rapid detection of metal ions and small amino acid molecules.Figure 66;Table 9;Reference 61...
