Design,Synthesis And Properties Research Of Responsive Fluorescent Probes | | Posted on:2023-09-16 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L Liu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2531307031456294 | Subject:Chemical engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Fluorescent probe molecules are one of the most effective means of detecting large molecules in living organisms due to their unique and excellent optical characteristics in the spectrum.They contain a unique push-pull electron system with the advantage of excellent optical characteristics.The aggregates of the them respond to changes in the structure of the DNA G-quadruplex,resulting in large differences in optical properties which have been innovatively constructed that selectively respond to metal ions and amino acid molecules.N-propanesulfonate-benzothiazolium squaraine probe(F-Cl)was designed and synthesized for the detection of Pb2+in solution G-quadruplex recognized Pb2+as a template.The F-Cl exists as dimers and monomers in ultrapure water.The presence of Pb2+converts the single-stranded structure of T30695 into a G-quadruplex structure,which will convert the advanced aggregates into monomers in the system with a change in the absorption spectrum.The F-Cl-T30695 has been applied to the detection of Pb2+in tap water.3,3’-di(3-sulfopropyl)-4,5,4’,5’-dibenzo-9-ethylthiacarbocyanine triethylammonium salt(ETC)enables dual-channel detection of small molecules of cysteine and Hg2+by modulating the supramolecular aggregation of ETC.The ETC can be regulated the aggregates using Hg2+and cysteine based on the structural changes in the nucleic acid aptamer sequence AGRO100.The results can be achieved by changes in the spectrum.The ETC-AGRO100 has been applied to the determination of cysteine content in human serum.Using Cu+to catalyze the click chemistry reaction of azide and alkynyl modified aptamer sequences,a new sequence was generated.The 3,3’-di(3-sulfopropyl)-4,5,4’,5’-dibenzo-9-methylthiacarbocyanine triethylammonium salt(MTC)is regulated by changing the configuration of the nucleic acid aptamer,and the spectral characterization is changed.The optimized identification method has been applied to the detection of Cu2+in tap water.The innovative construction of fluorescent probe system for metal ions and amino acid based on supramolecular aggregates of cyanine dyes in response to DNA G-quadruplexes provides a new strategy for the rapid detection of metal ions and small amino acid molecules.Figure 66;Table 9;Reference 61... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | cyanine dye, Pb2+, cysteine, Hg2+, Cu2+ | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
