| Rail transportation is an important link in coal mine production,which has the characteristics of complex environment,frequent personnel exchanges and many facilities and equipment,so the safety of coal mine rail transportation system can not be ignored.It is of great significance to choose an appropriate evaluation method to systematically evaluate the safety of coal mine transportation system and establish a more perfect safety guarantee system for coal mine transportation and even the safety of the whole mine.Based on this,the coal mine rail transportation system safety evaluation,put forward the corresponding management measures for the key risk factors,and designed the coal mine transportation monitoring system to ensure transportation safety.First of China’s coal industry development status and the corresponding safety evaluation research status were analyzed,and introduces the related theory of safety evaluation,the main types and rail transport of coal mine accident based on risk factors,build the safety evaluation index system,and on this basis to build the G1 extension theory,the matter-element evaluation model,the empirical application of index weight is obtained using the G1 method,the overall risk level of the transportation system is obtained.Finally found mine narrow gauge electric locomotive transportation system risk level for the acceptable risk level,people’s safety consciousness,irregularities,track is not in good condition,safety training does not reach the designated position factors such as weight the biggest influence on transportation system security.According to the index weight and evaluation results,around the personnel,perfect safety management system and to improve the quality of safety culture construction and so on prevention countermeasures,for monitoring,scheduling,security purposes such as a set of suitable for the coal mine railway locomotive transportation safety monitoring system design,contains all kinds of transportation safety safeguard function.It plays an important role in further promoting coal mine rail transportation safety.Figure 14;Table 13;Reference 44... |
