As a new type of metal material, high nitrogen steel(HNS)has the advantages of high strength and corrosion resistance compared with traditional stainless steel, which makes it show unique advantages in the field of marine equipment. At present, most scholars at home and abroad have carried out related research on the relationship between nitrogen content and material microstructure and properties, but there are few reports on the deep excavation of HNS material properties through heat treatment. Therefore, studying the influence of different treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of HNS can not only gain a deeper understanding of the mechanical behavior and related mechanisms of high-nitrogen stainless steel, but also fully tap its performance potential and expand its application fields.By studying the preparation process of HNS,the effect of solution treatment temperature and time on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of HNS,the effect of solution treatment temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of HNS is obtained. The main findings are as follows:By adjusting the composition of Cr,Mn and Mo in the steel,HNS with wt[N]=0.54%can be smelted under the nitrogen partial pressure of 0.08 MPa;With the increase of solution treatment temperature, the strength of the test steel showed a downward trend due to the change of the structure, and the plasticity and corrosion resistance showed a trend of first decreasing, then increasing and then decreasing; The plasticity and corrosion resistance of the sample treated by solution treatment at 1000°C and 1100°C are the best, while the plasticity and corrosion resistance of the test steel treated by solution treatment at 800℃are the worst; The comprehensive properties of the solution treated at 1000℃for 1h are the best, the elongation and area shrinkage are 65%and69.17%,respectively,the yield strength and tensile strength are 517 MPa and 923 MPa,and the average corrosion rate is 7.34×10-5g·cm-2·h-1.Figure 55;Table 14;Reference 66...
