In recent years,thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology has become an important way for iron and steel enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption and produce high value-added products.Based on the production status of the long-stroke tunnel heating furnace in a hot rolling line of a steel mill,the billet heating model was modeled and simulated,and the combustion control system was optimized.Based on the laws of mass conservation,momentum conservation and energy conservation,the numerical simulation of fluid heat transfer in the furnace is carried out,and the temperature distribution of various parts and billets in the furnace is calculated.According to the differential principle,the billet was stratified uniformly along the thickness direction to obtain the heat flow function between the i layer and i+1,and to express the numerical simulation of the billet in a nodal furnace.By using Solid Works and ABAQUS software,the finite element simulation of temperature field of regenerative roller bottom tunnel heating furnace was carried out.The dual-cross limiting combustion control system was optimized based on fuzzy PID and fuzzy neural network.The Simulink simulation model of temperature control main loop and air gas flow control secondary loop was established to verify the response speed,stability and accuracy of ordinary PID,fuzzy PID and fuzzy neural network.Based on Siemens SIMATIC PCS7,the hardware system of heating furnace temperature control is designed,including feeding and discharging system,temperature control secondary system,combustion air pressure regulation system and combustion air heat storage system,and energy consumption analysis is carried out on the heating furnace of a steel plant which adopts ordinary PID and fuzzy neural network for combustion control.Figure 40;Table 10;Reference 65...
