According to the policy trend of coal slime production and environmental protection,the technology of coal slime stripping has an inevitable application trend.Drum dryer is widely used because of its large production and low investment.In the drum drying process of slime,with the production of harmful substances,there is a large heat loss in the drum drying process.Under this background,the mechanism and heat and mass transfer of harmful substances in the process of coal slime recovery were analyzed by using fluid simulation software.It was found that in a certain range,the higher the flue gas temperature,the higher the dust production rate in the dryer,by changing the roller speed,flue gas flow rate,flue gas temperature,particle size and other influencing factors.The larger the flue gas flow is,the more dust is discharged from the air outlet and the higher the particle velocity is.The smaller the particle size,the lower the deposition rate,the more easily floating in the system,resulting in a higher dust generation rate.It is concluded that increasing flue gas velocity within the safe range has no obvious influence on the drying effect of coal slime.Increasing flue gas temperature can significantly reduce the moisture content of particles.The smaller the particle size is,the faster the drying rate is.Based on heat and mass transfer and dust production,the optimal operation parameters of the drum dryer are selected,and the appropriate dust and gas treatment system is selected for the follow-up.After treatment,the calorific value of solid waste slime can be increased by more than800~1200 k Cal,which can be directly used as coal blending or steam coal to realize the regeneration and utilization of solid waste slime resources and turn waste into treasure.The thermal efficiency of the dryer is increased by more than 30%,and the dust removal efficiency and service life of the system are increased by more than 35%.After detection,the concentration of SO2 in the tail gas falls below 20mg/m~3,and the concentration of solid particle dust falls below 16.7mg/m~3.Figure 42;Table 8;Reference 57...
