Research On Mechanism Of Supervisors’ Aggressive Humor Affecting Safety Behavior

Safety is the foundation of an enterprise’s operation and the basic event related to the sustainable development of an enterprise.The safety of an construction enterprise is closely related to the safety behavior of workers.Based on this,relevant studies have paid high attention to workers’ safety production behavior.Which factor can affect the safety production behavior of workers,whether the impact is positive or negative,and how does it work,such issues have become the focus of debate among scholars.Leadership behavior can have a significant impact on worker behavior,which has been unanimously recognized by the research community.Previously,many scholars have further studied the impact of leadership behavior style and humor on employee innovative behavior and remonstrance behavior.Based on the phenomena in real life,this paper takes the construction site as the background,discussing the relationship between the sarcastic humor adopted by the leaders on the construction site and the safety production behavior of workers.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Aggressive humor of leaders has a significant positive impact on workers’ safety behavior.2.Aggressive humor of leaders has a significant positive effect on performance promotion motives.3.Performance promotion motives has a significant positive influence on safety behavior.4.Performance promotion motives plays a mediating role in the relationship between aggressive humor and safe behavior.5.Traditional positively moderated the relationship between aggressive humor of leaders and performance promotion motives.
