In recent years,with the economic development and industrial boom in china,the problem of water pollution has become more and more serious.With the development of detection technologies,many emerging pollutants that are harmful to the human body have been increasingly detected in more and more water bodies.With the improvement of discharge standards in some places and the improvement of drinking water sanitation standards,traditional water treatment technologies can no longer meet the standards.In order to ensure human health,advanced treatment is required.E-peroxone is a new advanced oxidation technology.This technology combines O2ozone with insitu electro-genemation of hydrogen peroxide de(H2O2).The oxygen in the ozone-oxygen gas mixture can be converted into hydrogen peroxide in situ on the cathode surface.significantly improving the catalytic degradation efficiency.This paper studies the practical application of advanced treatment of dyeing wastewater and drinking water.The results show that when E-peroxone technology was used for advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,under conditions of the water temperature of 20-25℃,the influent flow of 10 m3/h,the effective contact time 30min,the BAF residence time of 60 min,the ozone concentration of 20 mg/L,H2O2concentration of 7.2 mg/L;and O3:H2O2molar ratio of 2:1,the removal rates of CODMn,UV254,and chroma could reach 38%,58%,and 72%,respectively.In addition,the E-peroxone process can effecting remove Ketoprofen,DEET and Caffeine,the removal rate is above 75%,and the cost per ton of water in the advanced treatment process is0.77 yuan/t.When E-peroxone technology is used for advanced treatment of drinking water,under conditions of the water temperature of 20~25℃,the influent flow of 2m3/h,the effective contact time of 30 min;the ozone concentration of 1.5 mg/L,H2O2concentration of 1 mg/L;O3:H2O2molar ratio of 1:1,the removal rates of CODMn,UV254,turbidity and TOC could reach more than 80%,100%,70%and 51%,respectively.In addition 2-MIB could removed by about 90%;The cost per ton of water in the advanced treatment of drinking water is 0.93 yuan/t.E-peroxone technology has obvious treatment effect in advanced water treatment,and the treatment cost can be controlled under 1 yuan/t,which has a good application prospect. |
