| The measurement of coal seam gas content is very important in the process of mine safety production.Because most of the work of coal seam gas content determination needs to be carried out in the field,it is difficult to train the practical operation.Due to the improper operation methods or steps, the results of gas content measurement are often unreliable, which affects the gas disaster prevention and control. Therefore,it is necessary to develop an intuitive experimental operation system suitable for the measurement of gas content in coal mines. To solve this problem,a virtual simulation platform for measuring coal gas content was developed, and virtual simulation was used as the main experimental method to complete the test. The platform is based on actual scene equipment, and uses 3ds Max software to establish a three-dimensional model of the experimental scene and the instruments and equipment used in the experiment;Based on the national standard "The direct method of determining coalbed gas content in the mine"(GB/T 23250-2009),determine the operation flow of the virtual experiment;use the Unity3 D engine, integrate the three-dimensional model materials, build a virtual experiment environment and UI system, use C # language to write interactive script code, and finally integrate into a virtual simulation platform. The user needs to complete the test process of measuring the amount of natural desorption gas, measuring the content of residual gas,and measuring the natural desorption method under normal pressure on the basis of mastering the principle.During the simulation experiment, the user needs to complete the relevant process operations such as equipment air tightness inspection, valve opening and closing and reading according to the experimental steps. And before the operation is equipped with text instructions,so that users can complete the experiment and master the experiment content. The application of virtual simulation system has a good guiding role for the accurate determination of gas content in coal seam and the prevention and control of gas disaster. |
