The problem of municipal solid waste has become increasingly prominent,hindering the harmonious development of society.China recently has taken the municipal solid waste classification as one of the important strategies for national ecological civilization construction.Municipal solid waste classification management system involves multiple links such as classified release,classified collection,classified transportation and classified treatment.The scientific and reasonable management of the municipal solid waste system is a complex system engineering that urgently needs to be studied.On the basis of multi-faceted analysis of relevant domestic and foreign research progress,combined with the current situation of waste management in the regional study,this paper uses waste classification policy as the starting point and system dynamics as a means to carry out "waste source classification","end classification treatment" and coupling method research.The main research content and results are as follows:(1)Based on the collected relevant data and information,build a system dynamics model that can evaluate the benefit of waste classification in the study area.After the model is verified and reasonable,the trend of the amount of municipal solid waste generated in Tianjin in the next 12 years is obtained.The results show that the total amount of municipal solid waste is increasing year by year,and by 2030,about 5.75 million tons of waste can be generated,with an average annual growth rate of 5.6%.(2)By changing the value of the separated rate of different sources of waste in the system dynamics model,six types of waste source classification scenarios are established to quantitatively evaluate the impact(social economy,environment,resources)of Tianjin’s implementation of waste source classification policies.Studies have shown that the implementation of waste classification has a positive impact on social economy,environment and resources without considering the constraints of capacity and facilities,and the effect will become more significant as the source separated rate increases.However,considering the treatment facilities,according to the current capacity of the food waste treatment facilities in Tianjin,only 9% of the food waste can be treated,which cannot meet the growing demand for food waste.Finally,we selected common waste source classification schemes for comparison,and found that the scheme 4(recyclable waste,food waste,and other waste)has significant effects on social economy,environment and resources.(3)Since the source classification of waste in Tianjin is in the initial stage and its effectiveness is difficult to guarantee,the supplementary method of source classification is explored on the basis of source classification.Introduce end classification processing technology,and further expand the system dynamics model.Studies have shown that adding mechanical biological treatment technology after mixed waste transportation can produce positive social economic,environmental and resource effects.When the source classification reaches a certain level,the combination with the end classification will produce better results than the source classification alone,indicating that mechanical biological treatment technology can be used as a supplement to waste source classification.When the waste separated rate is less than 25%,the introduction of mechanical biological treatment technology will bring greater social economic advantages to Tianjin than source separation collection;when the waste separated rate is less than 50%,the environmental and resource advantages brought by the introduction of mechanical biological treatment technology to Tianjin are greater than the source classification collection.(4)By adding sorters to recycle unsorted recyclable waste at the source,combine with the waste source classification mode,explore the waste classification method that combines source classification and manual sorting,and find the best source separated rate with the goal of minimizing social economic costs.The results show that the role of manual sorting becomes more prominent when the cost of waste sorting varies greatly.And this time,the combination of source classification and manual centralized sorting has lower social economic costs than only source classification and only manual centralized sorting,which proves the suitability of combining source classification with manual centralized sorting.In addition,after the mixed collection of waste,the manual centralized sorting can reduce 315.69 yuan per ton compared to the mixed treatment.
