| As the problem of high temperature and heat damage in mines becomes more and more serious,non-artificial cooling can no longer meet the cooling requirements of underground working faces,and mechanical cooling measures must be taken on working faces.However,due to the lack of relevant design information for the cooling of the mine,the design of the mine cooling system can only be combined with experience and drawing on the standards and specifications of the building central air conditioning system.As a result,most of the existing cooling systems have problems such as low cooling efficiency and high operating energy consumption.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize and study the operating parameters of the mine cooling system to reduce the system’s operating energy consumption and to save energy and reduce consumption.Aiming at the energy-saving optimization problems of water-cooled mine cooling system,this paper takes the actual engineering project as the research object,establishes the mathematical model of energy consumption of the main equipment in the system,and uses TRNSYS software to establish a system simulation platform and analyze The operating characteristics optimize the system operating parameters and provide a reference for the actual engineering application of mine cooling.The main research work is as follows:(1)Taking a coal mine as an example,the cooling and cooling system of the mine is designed.According to the project overview of the coal mine and the meteorological conditions in the area,the cooling capacity of the mine cooling system is analyzed and calculated,the mine cooling method is determined,and the system design and equipment selection are carried out;(2)The equipment model of water-cooled mine cooling system was established.First of all,the main equipment in the system is briefly introduced,and the working principle of the equipment is analyzed.Then,the mathematical model of energy consumption of each equipment is established according to relevant research and analysis,and the parameter fitting and accuracy verification are carried out;(3)Established a simulation platform for water-cooled mine cooling system.According to the established equipment model,the simulation modules of the main equipment in the system are established by using TRNSYS software,and the simulation platform of the whole cooling system is established according to the interrelation of the equipment;(4)The operating characteristics of the cooling system are analyzed.Using the established system simulation platform,the impact of changes in equipment operating parameters in the system on the energy efficiency of each equipment was analyzed,and the operating characteristics of the cooling water system and the chilled water system were analyzed,and the best chilled water was found.The combination of water supply temperature,primary and secondary chilled water flow,cooling water flow and cooling tower air volume minimizes the total energy consumption of the entire cooling system;(5)The operating parameters of the cooling system have been optimized.According to the analysis results of the operating characteristics of the system,the objective function with the total energy consumption of the system as the lowest is established,and the optimization of the objective function is carried out by using genetic algorithm.Finally,the system simulation platform is used to simulate the system energy consumption and compare The total energy consumption of the system before and after optimization is analyzed.The results show that the total energy consumption of the system after optimization is lower than that of the system before optimization. |
