With the development of economy,food safety has become the focus of people’s attention.In recent decades,due to the many advantages and high value of peanut oil,the global production of peanut oil has been increasing.Peanuts are easily infected with Aflatoxin(AFT)during production and transportation,and peanut oil is often contaminated by AFT due to its lipid solubility.AFT is a class of highly toxic,mutagenic and carcinogenic compounds most commonly found in peanut oil,which can severely damage human and animal liver tissue and lead to liver cancer.The research of AFT removal method is of great significance Because of the strong toxicity of AFT.In recent years,physical adsorption has been widely used in vegetable oil industry because of its advantages of simplicity,convenience and quickness.However,the problem associated with adsorption is that it is difficult to separate from the oil system,which can lead to heavy oil loss.This paper focused on the adsorption and removal of AFT by the composite adsorbent combined with nanomaterials and magnetic Fe3O4nanoparticles,which can be used to efficiently remove toxins in contaminated oil and has the advantages of easy separation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Activated carbon was prepared by different kinds of activated carbon and different pretreatment methods of adsorbent,and was used as adsorbent to remove four aflatoxins(AFT)from peanut oil.The effects of different activated carbon types and different pretreatment methods of adsorbent on AFT removal effect and oil quality were investigated.The results showed that wood activated carbon(w AC)had the best removal effect on AFT,and the removal effect of AC before pickling would be further improved.(2)Magnetic activated carbon(m AC)was prepared by simple composite of AC and Fe3O4nanoparticles using surface oxidation modification treatment and wooden activated carbon as adsorption material,and was used as adsorbent to remove four AFT.At the same time,the removal effect of m AC on AFT and the retention effect of some nutrients in peanut oil were observed under different adsorption conditions.The results showed that when the adsorption time was 50 min,the adsorption temperature was 60℃and the amount of adsorbent was 1.5mg/g,the removal rate was as high as 90.25%.The m AC was suitable for the adsorption and removal of AFT in oil.(3)Magnetic materials of m MWCNTs were successfully prepared and characterized,and used as adsorbents to remove four kinds of AFT.Meanwhile,the removal effect of m MWCNTs on AFT in peanut oil and the retention effect of some nutrients in oil under different adsorption conditions were observed.The results showed that when the adsorption time was 60 min,the adsorption temperature was 60℃and the amount of adsorbent was 1.5 mg/g,the removal rate was as high as 90.34%.MMWCNTs were suitable for the adsorption removal of AFT in peanut oil. |
