| With the rapid development of China’s economy,amusement facilities are more and more popular.As a kind of large amusement facilities,Ferris wheel has large volume,complex structure and many loads,which has an impact on the safe and stable operation of Ferris wheel.A lot of research has been done on Ferris wheel at home and abroad,mainly focusing on the research of single load,such as temperature load,wind load and live load;The research content mainly focuses on the structural safety check,seismic performance and closure temperature,and the impact of external load on the structural safety of Ferris wheel is less.Taking the 88 meter large flexible Ferris wheel as the research object,this paper analyzes the static strength,stiffness and structural stability of the large flexible Ferris wheel under composite load by using the method of combining numerical simulation analysis and experimental research,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the structural design of similar products and the safe and stable operation of equipment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The structural composition and working principle of the ferris wheel are systematically analyzed,and the finite element model of the ferris wheel is established by using CAXA and ANSYS software.On this basis,the finite element numerical simulation analysis of Ferris wheel under typical working conditions is carried out.(2)Under the action of composite load,the structural strength and stiffness of Ferris wheel are calculated and analyzed by finite element method,the stress and deformation of various components of Ferris wheel under different working conditions are studied,and the effects of temperature load and live load on the structural strength and stiffness of Ferris wheel are explored.(3)The stability of the overall and local structure of the ferris wheel is studied,the variation laws of the buckling mode and vibration mode of the ferris wheel under different working conditions are analyzed,and the effects of temperature load and live load on the structural stability of the ferris wheel are explored.(4)The stress-strain test of the main stress parts of the ferris wheel is carried out by using the electrical measurement method,and compared with the numerical simulation results.The results show that the test measurement data are basically consistent with the finite element simulation results. |
