| China is a mining country with rich coal resources,with the rapid economic and social development of coal demand is increasing.A large amount of water gushing occurs in the process of coal mining.The lack of attention to its resources has caused serious waste of water resources and damage to the ecological environment.Mine water gushing is a kind of associated resource which belongs to unconventional water source.Research on rational utilization scheme of mine water gushing is helpful to alleviate the current problems of water resources shortage and provide strong support for the sustainable development and green development of Our society.This article summarizes the rational utilization of mine water inflow forecast and plan to study at home and abroad,on the basis of zhu set west coal mine as the research object,according to the engineering basic data in the study area,regional hydrogeology,natural conditions,such as geographical environment of mine water inflow forecast of the mine area,mine water reasonable use and the analysis of water resources development potential.The main conclusions are as follows:1.By combining the domestic and foreign calculation methods for predicting the water gushing in the mine and the conditions of the mine area,on this basis,the hydrogeological comparison method,numerical simulation method and"big well"method are used to predict the water gushing in sandstone between the shallow 11-2coal seam and 13-1 coal seam at-962m.By comparing with the measured data,the final forecast result of mine water inflow is 5500m~3/d.2.According to the evaluation results of mine raw water and mine water purification station effluent quality,the design and actual water consumption structure and water consumption situation of this mining area are collected and sorted through the predicted mine water inflow and the collection.The water consumption indexes,water consumption parameters and water-saving potential of each water supply unit were accurately analyzed,and the water quality indexes of boiler room,laundry room and public bathroom were compared and analyzed according to the water quality monitoring data of mine water purification station.Some of the water quality indexes did not meet the water use standard,and the treated mine water replaced some units of the source well water supply,so as to maximize the rational utilization of the mine gusher water resources.Reappend the rational water use scheme of the pit gushing water in Zhujixi coal mine.3.According to the study of relevant concepts such as mine water availability potential,when Zhujixi coal mine reaches the expected production scale,the available mine water resources amount is 1.452 million m3/a.The amount of mine water resources to deal with the loss is 88.77m3/a;The development and utilization potential of mine water is 564,300 m3/a.The results show that the water gushing in the mine can fully meet the demand of water for life and production in the mine area,and has great development and utilization potential. |
