Study On The Fine Management Strategy Of Energy Consumption In R Petrochemical Company Thermal Medium Station

Due to the increasing shortage of fossil energy and the gradual rise of coal price,the operating cost of heating equipment of R Petrochemical Company is increasing day by day.In R Petrochemical Company,the heat medium in the area of the production operation Department plays a crucial role.As a heating device,it provides heat needed in the process of material reaction for PTA production plant and PET production plant of the enterprise.At present,it is one of the objects of energy saving and consumption reduction that enterprises focus on.The daily management level of thermal media station directly affects the utilization efficiency of fossil fuels in R Petrochemical Company.It is one of the important goals of R Petrochemical Company to improve energy efficiency and reduce production cost.Petrochemical company in recent years,R to replace equipment and technological transformation,even if the operation of the heating unit costs are still high,how to reduce the R petrochemical company heating unit energy consumption cost is the enterprise needs to solve the problem,and do a good job in HTM station became the energy consumption of fine management cost of the game to the big breakthrough.This paper is based on cost management theory,energy conservation and environmental protection management theory,fine management theory.Through the analysis of the management problems in the energy consumption management of the thermal media station of R Petrochemical Company,it is found that there are some problems,such as unreasonable energy cost management,incomplete process control management in energy input,unscientific comprehensive utilization of secondary energy,and incomplete personnel control before energy input.Furthermore,this paper proposes a fine management scheme from four aspects: energy input cost management,energy consumption process control and use management of thermal media station,comprehensive utilization management of energy in thermal media station,and personnel management of thermal media station.In addition,the enterprise needs to improve the management system,improve the original management system,enhance the executive ability of management,enhance the management effect,and implement the fine standardized management mode of the enterprise,so as to provide an important guarantee for the energy saving,consumption reduction,quality improvement and efficiency improvement of R petrochemical company.The research contents and conclusions of this paper aim to improve the operation efficiency of thermal media stations,reduce the cost of enterprises,and achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.It not only helps to improve the overall management level of R Petrochemical Company,but also provides beneficial countermeasures for energy saving and consumption reduction of similar traditional manufacturing enterprises with heating devices.
