Research On Intelligent Technology Selection Of Coal Enterprises

In recent years,with the spread of the COVID-19 and the requirements of returning to work and production,the importance of energy has become increasingly prominent.Coal mines are an indispensable energy in China at the current stage.For coal enterprises,they should try their best to achieve green production and safe production while maintaining quality and quantity.The intelligent development of coal enterprises is an inevitable development path to adapt to high-quality development.It represents advanced productivity and production technology.Accelerating the intelligent development process of coal mines will bring innovative changes in coal mining,processing,washing and safety.However,at present,the intelligent development process of China’s coal enterprises is in the primary stage.Most coal enterprises still focus on traditional production technology due to concepts,funds and other reasons,and the process of intelligent development is also relatively slow.The specific manifestations are as follows: first,most enterprises still stay in the development planning stage and have no substantive progress;Second,the intelligent technology of coal mine is imperfect and lacks unified standards.In order to help the construction of intelligent development standards of coal mines and guide enterprises to choose and develop intelligent technologies by stages,taking the intelligent technology of coal enterprises as the research object,combined with the research results of coal mines in Changzhi and Jincheng,this paper studies the technology selection in the early stage of intelligent development of coal enterprises,from technical talents and teams,intelligent development environment From the four aspects of technical effect,technical characteristics and transformation conditions,22 specific indicators are selected to build the evaluation index system of intelligent technology selection in coal mine.Then,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the index weight is determined in the form of interview survey and questionnaire,and the technology selection evaluation system is constructed.For the 13 intelligent technologies to be evaluated in the next step,the specific score of a single technology in an evaluation factor is calculated through the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and combined with the expert evaluation results,and then the overall evaluation results of each technology are obtained,and then the research results of intelligent technology selection of coal enterprises are obtained.In the case analysis,combined with the specific case of G coal mine in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province,this paper discusses the application of this research method and research conclusion in the actual production of coal mine.It is found that mining 5g technology,coal mine big data and intelligent mining technology have high scores,which should be given priority in the development of intelligence.The general characteristics of these technologies are strong policy support,high social attention,and have played a solid foundation in the process of intelligent development.In addition,the factors with high weight in the evaluation model of intelligent technology selection of coal enterprises,such as policies,technical standards and the promotion of safe and efficient production,should be paid special attention to.According to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: in the process of developing intelligent technology,enterprises should give priority to the development of basic technology with strong policy support and strong actual demand.At the same time,they should also fully consider their own actual situation,strengthen the introduction and training of talents,make top-level planning,and carry out intelligent development step by step.The government should also fully investigate the actual difficult needs of enterprises during policy formulation,strive to formulate plans for "one mine and one policy",give full play to the guiding role of policies,actively provide funds and help enterprises overcome the bottleneck in the early stage of intelligent development through tax reduction and fee reduction,so as to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of coal enterprises.The main innovations of this study are as follows: first,combined with the characteristics of coal enterprises,this paper constructs the relevant technology selection index system to adapt to the intelligent development of coal enterprises;The second is to select several key technologies in the process of intelligent development for coal enterprises,and provide the basis for technology selection,so as to provide reference experience for intelligent technology selection decision-making and subsequent development faced by enterprises in the early stage of intelligent development.
