| With the proposal of "made in China 2025",automated,information-based and intelligent unmanned manufacturing has become a new direction of manufacturing development.In recent years,the daily chemical industry such as toothpaste has been maturing,and the development of relevant production enterprises is particularly rapid.The improvement of residents’ quality of life also promoted the steady growth of toothpaste consumption.As the demand of downstream customers for toothpaste products tends to be highly customized,and the demand time is short,the delivery time is urgent,and the supply is uncertain,it is very easy to cause the hoarding of upstream production raw materials.Under this new normal,the toothpaste industry is facing the problems of difficult manual production scheduling,urgent demand delivery and high inventory cost.However,the toothpaste production route involves many complex steps such as raw material input,paste making process,storage tank receiving,toothpaste canning and packaging.When switching from the production of one toothpaste to the production of another toothpaste,the production line must be cleaned.The traditional manual production scheduling shows fatigue in the current environment and is difficult to cope with the changeable production environment.Therefore,the toothpaste industry urgently needs to build an effective supply chain management system and advanced planning and scheduling(APS)system to improve and optimize the planned production scheduling efficiency and time of toothpaste production and ensure the timely response of demand orders;Provide enterprises with high-quality production plans that can reduce the number of line washing caused by raw material hoarding and paste change production,so as to reduce the total production cost;Reduce the impact on the accuracy of production planning and scientific production scheduling,and enhance the accuracy of production planning;Reduce the production scheduling intensity of managers and build a digital and intelligent workshop for toothpaste production.Taking a daily chemical Co.,Ltd.as the starting point,this paper makes an in-depth study of the company’s internal understanding of the production process and production scheduling specifications,focuses on the automatic production scheduling method of toothpaste,and combines the theoretical basis of research at home and abroad,scientifically designs a set of APS system suitable for toothpaste enterprises,which can quickly provide an effective and high-quality toothpaste production scheduling scheme under various practical constraints such as equipment capacity and order delivery date.After designing the corresponding optimization model,this paper makes several groups of test examples according to the actual data provided by the enterprise,systematically tests the operation performance of the designed APS system,and compares the optimization results with the actual manual production scheduling results of the enterprise,so as to provide scientific management enlightenment and production scheduling scheme for toothpaste production enterprises. |
