CYATHULAE RADIX,One of the local medicinal herbs produced in Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan and other high-altitude areas.At present,Cyathulae Radix is commonly used to treat bone injuries,osteoarthritis,and rheumatoid arthritis,among others.Cyathulae Radix is also on the list of traditional Chinese medicines that can be used for health food published by our Health and Wellness Commission,so Cyathulae Radix can also be used for health food.In this project,two aspects of Cyathulae Radix are explored,from the chemical composition of Cyathulae Radix and the commercialization of Cyathulae Radix.1.Research on the chemical composition of Cyathulae Radix:In the long-term study of Cyathulae Radix,the exploration of monomer compounds is not sufficient.In order to further study the pharmacodynamic substance basis of Cyathulae Radix,this topic first conducted a systematic review of Cyathulae Radix,and further systematic chemical composition research was carried out on Cyathulae Radix.Taking Cyathulae Radix medicinal herbs(20 kg)as the research object,95%ethanol and 50%ethanol were refluxed to extract chemical components,and then 10 compounds were obtained by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 and C18 medium pressure column and semi-prepared liquid phase.Their structure was identified using,NMR,HR-ESIMS and other spectroscopic methods.Includes n-Tridecanyl n-octadec-9,12-dienoat(compound 1),1,3-diacyl glycerol(compound 2),(5Z,9Z)-17-methylnonadeca-5,9-dienoate(compound 3),ring-opening isolarchin(compound 4),syringol(compound 5),pinyl alcohol(compound 6),epipinin(compound 7),5Hydroxymethylfurfural(compound 8),Oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(compound 9),28-epi-cup amaransterone(compound 10).Among them,compounds 1-7 were isolated for the first time from the plant Cyathulae Radix.2.Cyathulae Radix health wine process research:Cyathulae Radix is used as raw material,extracted and concentrated by ethanol reflux,and then added to base wine and flavor correcting agent to prepare,clarify and remove turbidity,and sterilize in aliquots to obtain finished products.The process parameters were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography to detect the content of cups of amaranthone,and the yield of extract,taste and clarity were determined by drying method as quality indicators.The best process parameters of extraction method,reflux extraction process,concentration process,health wine preparation process,filtration and sterilization process were investigated,and stability tests and quality and safety tests were carried out,and the best preparation process conditions were finally determined:65%concentration ethanol with a material-liquid ratio of 1:10 g/mL was used as solvent,reflux extraction was carried out twice,the extraction time was 1.5 h,and the extract was concentrated by rotary distillation and decompression method.Use a 52-degree clear aroma liquor mixture to 35 degrees and add steviol glycosides with a concentration of 0.15%.Using the freezing and turbidity removal method,freeze at -5℃ for 12 h,filter at low temperature and bottle,and select 85℃ for steam sterilization for 30 min to obtain the finished product...
