| With the rapid development of Internet applications in various fields,many enterprises have begun to realize the importance of informatization and digitization,and have transformed from the original "paper-based" to advanced digital information management systems to enhance their own competitiveness and management level.Company H is one of the main participating enterprises in the governance of Dianchi Lake in Kunming City,Yunnan Province.It is mainly responsible for the prevention and control of cyanobacteria blooms in Dianchi Lake and emergency disposal,lake cleaning and management,and the restoration of ecological water bodies in the lakeside zone.In 2020,Company H cooperated with a third-party information technology company to start the development of the information system for the prevention and control of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake.The system has been put into practical use in 2021 through the stages of requirements analysis,design,development,and testing.This paper takes the operation and maintenance management of the Dianchi Lake cyanobacteria prevention and control disposal information system of H company as the research object,identifies and quantifies the problems in the operation and maintenance stage after the information system is launched,and proposes corresponding optimization measures.The specific work includes:1.Combined with the actual situation of Company H’s corporate culture,technological process,use of equipment,organizational structure,etc.,conduct an in-depth study on the information management system itself for the prevention and control of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake.First,identify the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of the information management system from three aspects: personnel,data,and equipment through questionnaires and field interviews.Then,carry out the sorting work of key issues,analyze from the aspects of environment,employees,organization,and technology,and put forward suggestions for operation and maintenance management at different levels:(1)At the level of environmental factors,strengthen the awareness of competition in the industry,strengthen the application of information systems,and make full use of government policies and related resources.(2)At the level of employee factors,implement reward and punishment mechanisms to cultivate positive attitudes of employees.Operation and maintenance personnel strengthen business learning in later maintenance,continue to enhance the ease of use and learning of the system,and continuously improve the acceptance of the system by employees of H company.(3)At the level of organizational factors,strengthen capital investment and resource allocation optimization,enhance the training of technical personnel and management personnel,conduct employee training in various ways,and establish efficient communication channels led by company managers.(4)At the technical level,improve from the perspectives of risk management,quality management,cost management,schedule management and scope management.Aiming at the problems existing in the use of the cyanobacteria prevention and control disposal information management system in Dianchi Lake,and closely combining the actual application requirements of the information management of the cyanobacteria prevention and control operation management department in Dianchi Lake,the improvement and transformation of the "Cyanobacteria Prevention and Control Disposal Information Management System in Dianchi Lake" is carried out.Through the tracking management of the whole process of cyanobacteria salvage and disposal in Dianchi Lake,the information system realizes the on-site collection,transmission,statistics and analysis of the production and operation data of cyanobacteria prevention and control disposal in Dianchi Lake,and improves the joint prevention and control of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake and the efficiency of emergency salvage and disposal.This paper goes deep into the production line to investigate and collect relevant data,conduct face-to-face communication with staff,and collect feedback from equipment,personnel,economy,etc.On this basis,suggestions for system operation and maintenance optimization are put forward.Finally,the research shows that the suggestions in this paper have played a good role in improving the production and management level of H company with the help of the Dianchi cyanobacteria prevention and control disposal information management system,and also provide information and digital operation and maintenance work for the same type of enterprises.Experience and cases that can be used for reference. |
