| As living standards improve,people’s demand for functional textiles is also increasing.Antibacterial finishing of the fabric can hinder and inhibit the metabolism and reproduction of microorganisms during use and storage,thereby protecting the human body from harmful microorganisms.The viscose fabric has good moisture absorption,air permeability,soft hand feeling,and has sufficient oxygen circulation,can lock moisture,and has a significant humidity control effect.The wearability of the fabric can be in close contact with human skin,and the antibacterial treatment of the fabric is necessary to protect human health.Among various antibacterial agents,chitosan and silver ions have better antibacterial effects,and they have the advantages of universality,high efficiency and safety.Chitosan,as a product of deacetylation of chitin,is a natural antibacterial agent.As an antibacterial agent,silver ions have a certain bactericidal effect at lower concentrations.This paper mainly studied and compared the changes of physical properties such as antibacterial rate,strong whiteness and so on after chitosan and silver ion single factor antibacterial finishing viscose fabric and chitosan-silver ion compound antibacterial finishing,as well as the maintenance of antibacterial properties of viscose fabric after finishing.In this paper,chitosan and silver ion single-factor,composite finishing on viscose fabric.The finishing process chooses the two-dip two-rolling method,which is low-cost,safe and environmentally friendly,and has no limitation on the choice of antibacterial agents.In this paper,through the single-factor experiment,the preparation route of chitosan,Ag-plus-single-factor antibacterial finishing agent is designed.The concentration of chitosan was selected as: 0.2g/L,0.4g/L,0.6g/L,0.8g/L,1.0g/L,silver ion concentrations: 0.2mg/L,0.4mg/L,0.6mg/L,0.8mg/L,1.0mg/L preparation of antibacterial agents,followed by antibacterial finishing of viscose fabrics,through performance tests to select both to give the fabric a higher bacteriological rate,and fabric style without significant changes in the concentration range of antimicrobial agents,to obtain an effective evaluation.Three concentrations of chitosan 0.4g/L,0.6g/L,0.8g/L,three concentrations of silver ion 0.4mg/L,0.6mg/L,0.8mg/L,and three p H values of antibacterial agent 5.5,6.0,6.5 were selected for orthogonal experiments with three factors and three levels.By testing the performance of fabric antibacterial rate,whiteness,fracture strength,moisture permeability,breathability,crease recovery angle,etc.,the best composite antibacterial ratio and finishing process can be obtained under the premise of ensuring that the fabric obtains good antibacterial effect and keeps the fabric performance test results without significant change.The test results of viscose fabric after single-factor antibacterial finishing showed that the antibacterial effect of silver ion antibacterial agent was significantly higher than that of chitosan,but the washing resistance was not ideal and at high concentration,both antibacterial agents had an effect on whiteness.After composite finishing,the rate of antibacterial inhibition was significantly improved,and the effect of washing resistance was better.The results showed that the optimal technological parameters of chitosan and silver ion composite antibacterial agent were chitosan0.6g/L,silver ion 0.4mg/L,p H 6.0,at this time the viscose fabric on E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans antibacterial rate of 95.9%,94.3%,91.9%.From the antibacterial rate,whiteness,fracture strength,moisture penetration rate,breathability,crease recovery angle test results show that the viscose fabric was given a better antibacterial rate at the same time,the wash-resistant effect is better,the performance test results did not change significantly.Chitosan-silver compound antibacterial finishing agent is a safe antibacterial agent,in line with the development trend of antibacterial agents for fabrics,and the related products have a very broad market prospects. |
