| Aromatic textiles are the developing direction of functional textiles.Aromatic smell can relieve pressure,regulate mood,improve sleep,pleasure and other effects.But aromatic substances are volatile.Therefore,how to achieve lasting aroma retention is always a problem to be solved in the preparation of aromatic materials.Aromatic microcapsules are a common way to prepare aromatic textiles.However,due to the limitation of structure and wall material composition,it is difficult to achieve efficient loading and durable controlled release of aromatic substances on fibers.In this study,a new aroma evaluation method-VOC measurement method was constructed.Using VOC tester to detect the concentration of volatile aromatic substances in a closed space can make a quantitative and objective evaluation of the aroma release effect.Using lavender essence as raw material,β-cyclodextrin,chitosan and sodium alginate as multilayer wall materials,multi-layer sustained release aromatic microcapsules were prepared by encapsulation and encapsulation method.The effects of different reaction conditions on the encapsulation rate of lavender essence were investigated.Then the microcapsules were loaded onto the fabric through impregnation and finishing,and the aroma properties of the fabric were evaluated.The results showed that the particle size distribution of the prepared multilayer aromatic microcapsules was uniform,and about 80%of the flavor remained after 30 days in the environment,which showed a significant slow-release effect.The aromatic textiles prepared by this method have good retention of fragrance and water resistance,only 0.38 PPM of aroma quality loss after 30 days of natural storage,and there are still aromatic substance residues after10 washing cycles.Using nano-SiO2 as the base material,the aromatic nano-powder material was prepared,and the exploration of the encapsulation of aromatic substances was carried out.By coating or spraying the aromatic nano powder material on the fabric and sealing treatment,the aromatic textile with double release barrier was obtained.Silicane coupling agent was used to modify SiO2 to construct organic-inorganic composite materials,and sol-gel method was used to realize the coating of modified nano-SiO2 on lavender flavor.The modified nano-SiO2 aromatic powder material was loaded onto the fabric by in-situ fixation method,and the aromatic properties of the fabric were evaluated.The aromatic textile prepared by organic modified nano SiO2 aromatic powder material has good retention performance.After natural placement,only 10.4%of the aromatic substance is lost after 30 days,and 15%of the essence remains after 20washing cycles.The aromatic textiles prepared by slow-release aromatic microcapsule finishing and aromatic micro/nano powder loading have suitable aroma and long-term release effect.The aroma adding technology can be widely used in the aroma finishing of textiles,which opens up a new way for the preparation of aromatic functional textiles. |
