At present,in the context of world peace and development,with the overexploitation of the natural world by mankind and the acceleration of the global industrialization process,public security incidents occur frequently.In view of China’s unbalanced development in the field of public safety emergency rescue protection,there are few comprehensive researches,and various types of rescue protective clothing overlap in professional performance,this paper discusses and constructs the design system of emergency rescue protective clothing from the aspects of demand analysis,functional design mode and evaluation system,and carries out the design practice of general emergency rescue protective clothing.This paper starts with the emergence and development of China’s emergency rescue situation and the concept of emergency rescue,analyzes and summarizes the research and development of emergency rescue equipment and rescue clothing,including the system research,the design of protective clothing and the construction of research and development models.An overview of the relevant theories of public safety and emergency rescue,including the analysis of the mechanism of emergency rescue protection,and the definition,characteristics,classification and related standards and specifications of emergency rescue protective clothing,and looks forward to the development trend of emergency rescue protective clothing.In addition,in the construction of research ideas and problem discovery stage,the field investigation method is used as the basic method of research,combined with in-depth interview method,questionnaire survey method and wearing test method to investigate and analyze the functional needs of special target objects and the existing problems of active rescue clothing,so as to obtain the direction and suggestions for the optimal design of emergency rescue protective clothing,put forward the research theme of realizing the functionality of protective clothing design.Secondly,combined with the results of application requirements analysis,the functional demand elements of emergency rescue protective clothing are further formed,and the three principle levels of functional elements are constructed using the analytic hierarchy process.Subsequently,the implementation methods of functional elements on clothing are sorted and analyzed,including style,structure and material,etc.In actual applications,design elements can be selected according to specific protection requirements and application environments to generate initial Prototype design scheme.In the construction of emergency rescue protective clothing evaluation system,based on the performance analysis system of new protective clothing products and combined with the research ideas of this paper,this paper puts forward the evaluation method of protective clothing design efficiency,forms the evaluation index system of protective clothing design efficiency,and weights each evaluation index by using the concept of "Centrality" in social network analysis,and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which provides a reference idea for the design and development of relevant protective clothing enterprises.Based on the above design process,the framework of emergency rescue protective clothing design system is constructed.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,the innovative design practice of universal emergency rescue protective clothing is carried out,and the CLO3 D software is used to perform virtual fitting display and design effect evaluation of the design scheme,forming the guidance scheme of protective clothing virtual fitting process,which is conducive to shortening the research and development cycle and improving the design efficiency.
