Design And Research Of Interactive Customization Recommendation System For Women's Dresses Based On Virtual Simulatio

In order to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of customization industry,we established dress customization mode integrating expert recommendation,dress modular virtual simulation design and consumer virtual fitting,and constructed an interactive custom recommendation system for women’s dress based on virtual simulation.The research contents were as follows:(1)Based on literature research and visual analysis of Vos viewer,we combed the research status of clothing recommendation system and dress customization,and summarized common recommendation methods and technologies of clothing recommendation system,clothing recommendation system’s applications and the research hot direction of dress customization.(2)The paper expounded the concept and classification of women’s dress,and analyzed the disadvantages of customization enterprises.Using exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and regression analysis,extracted consumers’ dress customization demand,formed the model of demand factors,and described the functional relationship between consumers’ demand and intention,and constructed the SEM structure model of demand and intention.Based on consumer demand and the bottleneck of enterprise,the intelligent customization mode and system construction foundation were established.(3)Using Python crawler to collect dress picture materials,the dress was divided into evening dress,small dress,bride’s dress and bridesmaid’s dress,and the modularization analysis of collar type,sleeve type,skirt type,fabric and color was carried out.After numerical coding,the difference test and spearman correlation analysis were used to form a dress element recommendation mechanism.Relying on consumer characteristics,the principle of visual illusion,the principle of formal beauty and the principle of color matching,another one recommendation mechanism was formed.it also created the dress picture material library,dress modular CAD pattern library and dress virtual simulation part library.(4)The paper constructed the interactive customization recommendation system,designed the common size library of ladies’ clothing,and integrated used the dress database resources.The recommendation of the dress elements,modular virtual simulation design,interactive customization and consumer virtual fitting were realized based on We Chat public platform,mobile office software,3D virtual simulation software and Deep face lab software.Application cases proved that the system has good application prospects,can better meet the needs of consumers and improve consumers’ willingness.It is demonstrated that the dress customization mode can promote the personalized and intelligent development of dress customization.
