Research On Cost Management Optimization Of Offshore Platform Internal Well Slot Projec

With the upstream company of seven years action plan,to realize the increase of offshore oil and gas,built-in well slot increased year by year,several projects from2013 to now a year more than 10 built-in well slot project,in the process of execution of the project,the Q company adopted a certain offshore platform inside hang well slot means of project cost management,cost management level is not high enough,It is necessary to explore and sum up experience through in-depth cost schedule analysis to find a set of cost management method suitable for the project of offshore platform.In this paper,through the analysis of Q company’s previous implementation of some internal hanging trough projects,find out some of the cost management problems.Combined with some achievements of earned value method in other fields,this paper puts forward that earned value method can be applied to the project of offshore platform.The cost and schedule control of the project are effectively monitored by applying earned value method to a typical example project of WHPB platform in C oilfield.Through the dynamic monitoring of BCWS,BCWP,ACWP and other values,understand the implementation of the project every month,find the deviation,quickly find the causes of the deviation,and put forward corrective measures to ensure that the project is within the controllable range.The earned value method has achieved good practice effect in C oilfield WHPB platform inner hanging trough project,which has certain guiding significance for other offshore platform transformation projects.This study expands the application scope of earned value method,provides specific guidance for how to apply earned value method to carry out dynamic cost management of inner hanging well groove project,and provides reference for cost management of other offshore reconstruction projects,which has important practical significance.
