As the latest generation of artificial leather,microfiber synthetic leather has surpassed natural leather in some properties.But there are still some problems,such as poor feel,drape,air permeability,moisture permeability,loss of polymer components and complicated processes,which seriously affect the popularization,application and green production of microfiber synthetic leather.As the basic framework of microfiber synthetic leather,nonwoven fabric plays a vital role in the quality of microfiber synthetic leather.Therefore,developing a high physical property leather base cloth with sustainable and green production has become a research hotspot in the field of microfiber synthetic leather.Based on the preparation technology of bicomponent spunbond hydro-entanglement and water-based polyurethane(WPU)microfiber synthetic leather,this paper realizes the high-quality green preparation of leather base cloth and microfiber synthetic leather.The main research content are as follows:With different side blowing temperatures and different drafting pressures,HSPET/PA6(high shrinkage polyester/polyamide 6)composite fibers were prepared and heat trrated by melt spinning process in bicomponent spunbond hydro-entanglement technology.By comparing and analyzing the morphology,diameter,thermal shrinkage,and mechanical properties of the composite fibers before and after heat treatment,the change rules between the spinning process,heat treatment conditions and composite fiber properties were revealed,which provides a reference basis for the subsequent preparation of HSPET/PA6 nonwoven fabrics.HSPET/PA6 nonwoven fabric was prepared by bicomponent spunbond hydro-entanglement technology.By comparing and analyzing the thermal shrinkage and softness of the nonwoven fabric before and after heat treatment,the changes between the spinning process,heat treatment conditions and nonwoven fabric properties were revealed,and the optimal spinning process conditions were obtained:side blowing air temperature was 22 ℃ and drafting pressure was 5.5 bar.HSPET/PA6 nonwoven fabric and PET/PA6(polyester/polyamide 6)nonwoven fabric with different surface densities were prepared under better spinning conditions,and the former was heat treated.By comparing and analyzing the thermal shrinkage,morphology,open fiber rate,softness,draping,air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption and mechanical properties of the nonwoven fabric before and after heat treatment,the variation laws between surface density,heat treatment conditions and the properties of HSPET/PA6 nonwoven fabric was revealed,and the optimal heat treatment condition was 90 ℃ water bath.Two kinds of suede leather and two types of veneer leather were prepared by using WPU microfiber synthetic leather preparation technology and leather base closes including PET/PA6 nonwovens and HSPET/PA6 nonwovens after 90 ℃ water bath.The thickness,surface density,morphology,softness,air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption and tensile properties of the prepared microfiber synthetic leather were also characterized and compared.Among them,the morphology of the suede leather was also compared with that of natural leather,and it was concluded that the microfiber synthetic leather prepared from HSPET/PA6 nonwoven fabric as leather base fabric after 90 ℃ water bath had better performance,and the prepared suede leather had the effect similar to the standing suede on the surface of natural leather.
