At present, oil exploitation in water-flooding reservoirs has entered the "three highs" stage with high water cut, high recovery rate and high decline, and the water cut in many oilfields exceeds 90%.In order to effectively deal with the problem of declining oil production,it is a major task for petroleum scientists and technicians to greatly improve oil recovery ratio.Among the technologies for improving oil recovery ratio, chemical flooding has attracted worldwide attention for its high cost performance. The core and key of chemical flooding technology is the research and development of new surfactant for oil displacement with high performance and friendly interface.Because the new surfactant for oil displacement can effectively construct and modify three interfaces(oil-water interface,oil-rock interface and water-rock interface)that affect oil recovery,it can achieve the goal of accurately regulating the physical and chemical properties of the three interfaces and play an important role in chemical flooding technology, thus greatly improving oil recovery.Compared with other surfactants,ferrocene-based surfactant for oil displacement is a hybrid material with multiple functional groups and has the properties of temperature resistance and salt resistance,so it is of great significance to study ferrocene-based surfactant for oil displacement in the field of tertiary oil recovery. In this paper, three kinds of ferrocene-based surfactants for oil displacement are prepared, which are anionic, amphoteric and cationic Gemini ferrocene-based surfactants for oil displacement.Anionic ferrocenyl surfactant for oil displacement was prepared by esterification,Michael addition, electrophilic substitution and nucleophilic substitution, and amphoteric ferrocenyl surfactant for oil displacement and cationic Gemini ferrocenyl surfactant for oil displacement were synthesized by Mannich reaction.Based on the successful preparation of three kinds of ferrocene-based surfactants for oil displacement, the physicochemical properties of these three kinds of ferrocene-based surfactants for oil displacement were systematically studied, including surface tension, critical micelle concentration, contact angle,oil-water interfacial tension, temperature resistance and salt resistance. The results show that the three ferrocene-based surfactants for oil displacement have good interfacial activity and physical and chemical properties, and have great oil displacement potential. |
