In recent years,the scale and benefit of China’s textile industry have increased rapidly,which provides sufficient power for the technical research of the setting machine.By analyzing the research status of the setting machine at home and abroad,it is found that there is still a certain gap between the modeling design of the equipment at home and abroad.Although some domestic enterprises have upgraded the appearance modeling of their products,due to the lack of systematic and targeted design methods and processes to integrate equipment modeling elements,the appearance modeling of most domestic setting machines is relatively similar and lack of enterprise brand personality.Based on this,the paper analyzes and studies the modeling of the setting machine,in order to improve the beauty and practicability of the equipment modeling and enhance the corporate culture connotation of its modeling language.Firstly,the paper expounds the specific contents of equipment function module,composition system and process production,and analyzes the internal relationship between equipment modeling and function,structure and process.Then,combined with the theory of semiotics,the paper discusses the connotation of product modeling symbols and modeling symbol characteristics.And on this basis,the paper summarizes the design law of modeling symbol characteristics of representative textile machinery products at home and abroad.According to the relationship between equipment modeling and process,this paper expounds the concept of sheet metal process symbol feature,the internal correlation with modeling feature,and the classification of equipment sheet metal process symbol feature,and puts forward the modeling design principle of equipment shell.Starting from the integration of enterprise culture and equipment modeling elements,the paper discusses the design method and process of visual modeling symbols integrating enterprise culture,and expounds the source of prototype symbols and the specific methods of symbol feature extraction,transformation and scheme screening.Then,the above research summary is applied to the modeling design example of setting machine,and finally the modeling design scheme is obtained.The modeling design scheme of setting machine not only realizes the integration and unification of equipment modeling elements,improves its modeling and function adaptability,but also strengthens the consistency between the enterprise brand culture and the machine modeling language.Verify that the feasibility of the design method and process can provide a reference for the modeling design and research of the cloth outlet device of setting machine in the future.
