Aiming at the problems of nonlinear hysteresis and strong coupling in wastewater treatment process,the traditional sewage treatment method can meet the basic production requirements,but its stability and operation efficiency need to be improved.Therefore,based on the actual project,the paper carried out research on key issues,and realized the prediction of key water quality parameters in the process of sewage treatment and the stable control of the impact of environmental changes on the water quality parameters.Aiming at the problems of delayed measurement and difficult real-time monitoring of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater treatment process,a water quality measurement method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)BP neural network was proposed.In view of the influencing factors of effluent ammonia nitrogen in sewage treatment process,the auxiliary variables closely related to effluent ammonia nitrogen were determined.The auxiliary variables and BP neural network were used to measure the effluent ammonia nitrogen,and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to optimize its weight and threshold.Simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of the optimized model is improved.In order to solve these problems,for example,there is a lot of rain in south China,large inflow flow in summer,and ammonia nitrogen discharge is not up to standard in the treatment of the original biochemical pond for a long time.In this paper,the addition of drug dosing(Na Cl O)is adopted to optimize the control of ammonia nitrogen in the water,and the field operation effect is obvious.In this paper,a sewage treatment plant in Changsha city as the background,the first analysis of anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic process(AAO process)and advanced treatment process links,and according to the basic process and control system requirements of sewage treatment plant,completed based on PLC sewage treatment control system design.Hardware,the field instrument,lower machine,upper computer,communication and other hardware selection design;Software,according to the process and control requirements,control program development and monitoring software configuration.In order to realize the specific application of the above optimization algorithm,DDE communication technology is used to seamlessly combine the optimization prediction and control algorithm in MATLAB environment with the control system.The actual operation shows that the optimized control system improves the control effect of effluent ammonia nitrogen. |
