As a common development method,water flooding is widely used in reservoir development.One of the ways to achieve stable oil production and high oil production in water drive reservoir is to control injection and production parameters,that is,to make the reservoir development effect at the optimal level through dynamic adjustment between "injection and production".It is an urgent problem that how to develop water drive reservoir rationally and efficiently to realize the effect of oil increase and water control.In the process of reservoir development,there are often many uncertain factors,which restrict the improvement of oil recovery.Under this background,this thesis combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of computational intelligence with big data technology to study the injection and production regulation model of water drive reservoir,and formulate the optimal development scheme.Firstly,based on the actual production data of the reservoir,a prediction model of reservoir development index based on CNN-Bi LSTM is proposed,and the prediction model of oil production and water cut is constructed respectively for a single well in the block.Secondly,the optimization model of key Wells is constructed by taking the optimal adjustment of water injection as the evaluation standard,aiming at maximizing production.The multi-strategy improved Sparrow search algorithm(MSSSA)was used to optimize the injection volume,and the key Wells were selected after comprehensive analysis.Thirdly,on the basis of selecting the key Wells and taking the net present value as the objective function,the economic benefit evaluation model based on the net present value is established.Considering the law of reservoir production decline,the harmonic decline is applied to the calculation of reservoir economic output.Using MSSSA to optimize the injection water of key Wells,the injection and production allocation scheme with maximum development benefits is optimized to maximize the economic benefits of reservoir development.Finally,with the support of injection and production control method and software engineering theory,a water drive reservoir injection and production control system based on agile development is designed,which provides reference for reservoir injection and production control and has certain application value.
