With the continuous development of digital economy,the digital transformation and upgrading of the energy industry has become an important direction for the development of enterprises,and the new situation has brought great challenges to the informationization work of oil extraction plants.A state-owned enterprise information center,as the core unit of the digital transformation of the oilfield,wants to stand out in the digital transformation of the enterprise,it must improve its core competitiveness and strengthen human resource management.As an important part of human resource management,performance appraisal aims to stimulate employees’ enthusiasm,improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise,promote the benign development of the enterprise,achieve the development goals of the enterprise,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for both the enterprise and the individual.This paper takes the performance appraisal of employees in the information center of state-owned enterprise A as the research object,and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of its employee performance appraisal,summarizes and summarizes the problems of employee performance appraisal in the information center of state-owned enterprise A through literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method,mainly including unscientific performance appraisal plan,too subjective performance appraisal standard,irregular implementation of performance appraisal,feedback and application of performance appraisal results Inadequate feedback and application of performance appraisal results,etc.Through the analysis of the work characteristics of the information center and the in-depth study of the performance appraisal methods that are widely used nowadays,we decided to continue to use KPI to optimize the design of the existing performance appraisal,taking into account the actual situation of the information center.The design of the performance appraisal system based on KPI focuses on refining key indicators,and then simplifying the performance appraisal process to make the performance appraisal highly operable.This paper focuses on four key aspects,such as performance appraisal plan,performance appraisal standard,performance appraisal implementation,and performance appraisal result evaluation and feedback,and is oriented to the problems in the performance appraisal system of the information center,with the goal of improving the motivation of employees and promoting the completion of key tasks,and carries out optimization design.First of all,the performance appraisal optimization target of the information center is determined,the principles of performance appraisal optimization are clarified,a scientific and effective performance appraisal plan that meets the characteristics of the information center is formulated,key performance appraisal indexes are refined,clear and explicit performance appraisal standards are determined,performance appraisal is implemented in strict accordance with the performance appraisal plan,and the feedback and application of performance appraisal are strengthened.In addition,the guarantee measures for performance appraisal optimization are proposed in terms of system,personnel,technology and culture.Through the optimization design,the performance appraisal is made more in line with the work reality,improve the motivation of employees,stimulate their creativity,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
