Research On Ecological Construction In Qinghai,People’s Republic Of China

From the perspective of ecological history,this paper examines the ecological construction of Qinghai under the leadership of the Communist Party of China by taking Qinghai since the founding of the People’s Republic of China(1949-2019)as the object.The theme of this paper is divided into five main parts and gives a historical description: first,the basic conditions for ecological construction in Qinghai and its existing ecological problems;Second,the establishment of the Qinghai ecological protection agency in New China and the promulgation of ecological protection regulations;Third,the general history and construction achievements of Qinghai’s ecological construction in New China;Fourth,the experience and enlightenment in Qinghai’s ecological construction.This paper shows through a general historical review of Qinghai’s ecological construction: before the reform and opening up,Qinghai ecological institutions lacked protection institutions,ecological protection laws and regulations were not perfect,ecological construction was mainly concentrated in forestry and water conservancy,although this period was affected by the "Great Leap Forward" and "Cultural Revolution",but also achieved some achievements.After the reform and opening up,with the country’s increasing attention to ecological construction,Qinghai’s ecological protection institutions have increased,ecological protection laws and regulations have gradually improved,and ecological construction has gradually covered the whole province of Qinghai,and has achieved world-renowned achievements.In the new era,Qinghai has continuously deepened the theory of ecological construction in accordance with the instructions of the Party Central Committee,and Qinghai’s ecological construction has also entered a new chapter.In the past 70 years,Qinghai’s ecological environment has undergone historical changes from deterioration to basic improvement,which is the epitome of the Party and government’s commitment to China’s ecological construction,reflecting the responsibility and sentiment of the Party not forgetting its original intention and remembering its mission.It is also a historical witness of the Communist Party of China in realizing the great rejuvenation and sustainable development of the Chinese nation on the land of the Chinese nation.
