The quality of the perforation process directly affects oil and gas production and extraction efficiency.The improper process will lead to production decline,damage to the wellbore,environmental pollution,and other hazards,which will cause a huge loss of human power and material resources.In order to improve and refine the perforation process,a large amount of downhole pressure,temperature,and acceleration data was required as a reference.Faced with harsh working conditions such as high temperature,high pressure,and limited workspace,it was necessary to control the size of the testing system to better apply it to downhole parameter testing.Therefore,in order to promote the optimization of the perforation process,the increase of oil and gas well production,and the development of high-energy gas fracturing,this paper applies storage and testing-related theories to the design of small volume petroleum downhole multiparameter testing system.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,the performance index requirements that the test system should meet were determined by analyzing the test environment and the perforation process.The sampling strategy and working state of the testing system were studied,and the overall design scheme of the small volume,multi-parameter testing system for oil wells was completed.The sensors,conditioning circuits,and various circuit modules used in the testing system were introduced.The three-dimensional model of the mechanical structure of the small volume testing system was established,the shell strength was analyzed and calculated,and the rationality of the small volume mechanical structure was verified by ANSYS software simulation analysis.In order to further reduce the size of the testing system and improve its economy,a small and low-cost pressure testing system for oil wells based on MSP430 was designed.Based on the basic principle of strain gauges,a strain-type pressure sensor was designed,and the feasibility of the theory was experimentally verified.Using the MSP430F2619S-HT,which can withstand high temperatures up to 150°C,as the core controller,the internal modules of the MSP430 were used for data acquisition and storage.The pressure testing system was constructed using the designed pressure sensor,and feasibility research was conducted for achieving a more economical and smaller testing system.Designed a portable hammer-type pressure generator to meet the quasi-static calibration of test system pressure channels and field test requirements.Furthermore,its internal pressure transfer medium was experimentally screened and successfully applied to the calibration of the pressure channel of the multi-parameter test system.Finally,the data successfully collected by the small volume petroleum downhole multiparameter testing system under oil wells in an oilfield perforation test were analyzed.
