Study On Preparation Of Natural Color Paper Mulching Film Based On Agricultural Straw High Yield Pulp

Film mulching technology is an important means of modern agricultural cultivation,with the role of improving temperature and moisture,promoting crop growth and increasing yield.At present,the mulching film is mainly non-degradable plastic film which leads to serious environmental and soil pollution.It is an important research direction to develop paper mulching film to replace plastic mulching film.In line with the sustainable development concept of"taking it from the field and returning it to the field",based on the research on the performance of agricultural straw high yield pulp,agricultural straw high yield pulp was used as raw material to develop natural color agricultural paper mulching film,which can replace plastic mulching film to play the role of grass inhibition,heat preservation and moisture protection.Firstly,the effect of fines in agricultural straw high yield pulp on pulp properties and wet-end chemicals was studied.The high content of fines in the agricultural straw high yield pulp has an effect on the dewatering and strength properties of the pulp.With the increase of the removal rate of fines,the beating degree of pulp gradually decreased and the various strength indexes showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When the removal rate of fines of corn stover high yield pulp was 40%,and that of wheat straw high yield pulp was 20%,the pulp strength index reaches the highest.But the removal rate of fines is further increased,the water retention value and strength of pulp decreased gradually.The content of fines in agricultural straw high yield pulp also has great influence on the application effect of wet chemicals such as sizing agent AKD,wet strength agent PAE and retention and drainage agent CPAM,and the content of fines in appropriate amount can improve the waterproofing and wet strength of the paper.Using wheat straw high yield pulp as raw material,the paper mulching film was prepared by combining wet end addition with surface coating.AKD and PAE were added to ensure proper water resistance and high wet strength of base paper.Although the three surface sizing agents including polyvinyl alcohol,styrene-acrylic emulsion and styrene butadiene latex have different effects on the properties of paper mulching film,they can improve the mechanical strength and water resistance of paper mulching film to varying degrees,and reduce the moisture permeability.The basis weight of paper mulching film has a great influence on the light transmittance.When the basis weight is 70 g·m^-2,the light transmittance of paper mulching film is as low as 3.8%.The study also found that the service life of paper mulching film can be prolonged by surface coating with surface sizing agents added fungicide.The natural color paper mulching film made of agricultural straw has excellent performance and has the potential to replace plastic mulching film,which provides an effective method to solve the"white pollution"and adds an effective way to enhance the economic value of agricultural residues.
