| Small and medium-sized enterprises have a broad socio-economic foundation in the development of national economy.In many countries around the world,small and mediumsized enterprises have absolute advantages in quantity.Small and medium-sized enterprises play a link role in promoting economic development,increasing employment and scientific and technological innovation.But at the same time,there are many problems and difficulties in the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Difficult and expensive financing,coupled with weak financing awareness and lack of financing planning,these factors restrict the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In China,small and medium-sized enterprises provide great support for the national economy,but they fail to obtain the same degree of bank credit services.Green credit is very important for adjusting China’s economic structure and realizing sustainable development.It also establishes a lever for commercial banks to establish a good reputation,restrict enterprise behavior and guide the rational flow of funds.Credit risk always exists in the operation process of commercial banks.Therefore,for the stability of commercial banks,the importance of credit risk management is self-evident.At present,the green credit risk assessment system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s commercial banks is not perfect,and there is a lack of more effective risk prevention mechanism.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of commercial banks,small and medium-sized enterprises,green credit and credit risk management,reads the literature at home and abroad,summarizes the current research status of green credit risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and makes analysis and research based on environmental risk theory,credit risk management theory,information asymmetry theory and green finance theory,Put forward the hypothetical factors affecting the green credit default of small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,taking bank a as the research object,this paper distributed questionnaires to 300 small and medium-sized enterprise customers to obtain data,and finally obtained 294 valid questionnaires,with a questionnaire recovery rate of98%.The questionnaire contains 25 questions,which correspond to 25 indicators respectively.Variable data are obtained by assigning values to each indicator,and five principal components are extracted by factor analysis.The reliability and accuracy of the data obtained by the questionnaire are verified by reliability and validity test.Through the principal component chi square test to analyze the data correlation and logistic regression analysis to verify the five research hypotheses,it is concluded that the hypothesis of the impact of cognitive factors,financial factors,decision-making factors and credit factors on green credit default of small and medium-sized enterprises is established,and finally obtain "education","understanding of financial products","scientific and technological enterprises","environmental protection enterprises" and "green credit" "Asset liability ratio","current ratio","quick ratio","independent decision-making" and "guarantee method" These 10 indicators have a significant impact on the green credit default of small and medium-sized enterprises,which provides a mathematical basis for banks to develop high-quality customers and reduce bank non-performing loans.Finally,by learning from the green credit risk management experience of foreign small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the green credit risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises of bank a,such as improving the pre loan,in loan and post loan management system of green credit Green credit product innovation;actively cooperate with relevant institutions,etc. |
