CNC machine tool is an important part of manufacturing industry in the world.It is directly related to the development of the whole modern manufacturing industry.At this stage,domestic machine tool enterprises have the phenomenon that middle and low-end enterprises imitate the modeling of high-end enterprises,resulting in a high degree of homogenization of machine tool products in the market.At the same time,the operator has low user satisfaction when using some machine tool products because machine tool enterprises rarely define the interactive process of NC machine tools from the needs of users.Therefore,based on the concept of product design DNA and experience design,this paper comprehensively improves the appearance of CNC machine tools,takes users as the center,improves users subjective satisfaction,and improves the brand image and competitiveness of machine tool enterprises.Firstly,the paper expounds the research background of machine tool appearance design,analyzes the problems existing in domestic machine tool enterprises and the current situation of machine tool modeling at home and abroad,and summarizes the theoretical research on product innovation design in academia.Secondly,based on the experience design theory,conduct user research and analysis.Through data collection,questionnaire survey and user interview,combined with user portrait and user journey map,this paper summarizes the needs and pain points of Guosheng machine tool users and the existing problems of products,and puts forward some solutions and opportunities.Thirdly,the explicit and implicit style features of machine tool products are extracted by using the concept of product design DNA.The concept and expression structure of product design DNA are discussed.At the same time,the extraction methods of modeling weight and product explicit and implicit style features found by eye movement experiment are summarized.Taking Guosheng brand machine tool products as an example,the weight of typical modeling features with high visual attention is discussed by eye movement experiment.Then the dominant style features of products are extracted by DFA method,and the implicit style features are extracted by semantic difference method.Then,the mapping relationship between the explicit style characteristics of machine tool products and the implicit style characteristics of machine tool products is analyzed.Through cluster analysis,the intersection samples of explicit product style characteristics and implicit product style characteristics are found and analyzed qualitatively.Using multiple linear regression,the mapping relationship between explicit product modeling features and implicit product perceptual images is found,and the matching relationship between explicit product style features and implicit product style features of brand products is successfully combed.Finally,the Guosheng MVL855 vertical machining center is redesigned.Using the previously summarized product design DNA and the key points of experience design,the modeling is designed and three-dimensional modeling is carried out,and the fuzzy evaluation analysis is carried out to verify the feasibility of the design method.
