Green Production Management Strategy Of New Material Mesoporous Alumina Project Of A Company

With the concept of sustainable development,ecological civilization and resource recycling increasingly popular,as a major alumina producer known for its "high emission,high pollution and high energy consumption" polluting industry,the unsustainable issue of alumina production is one of the environmental problems that China urgently needs to solve at present.In the implementation of the "two-carbon" strategic action today,alumina industry should take the initiative to turn the crisis into an opportunity,through scientific and technological innovation driven transformation,green management development and other ways to explore a green and sustainable development.In this context,Company A,as a new producer of mesoporous alumina,has realized that environmental cost is an important basis for enterprise decision-making,and has actively carried out green production management,controlled pollution risks from all links of enterprise production and operation,and explored a green and sustainable development road.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study of the green production management of Company A,finds the existing problems in the green production management of Company A and puts forward optimization strategies and safeguard measures,which will supplement the practical basis for the theoretical research on green production strategic management and provide important reference for the sustainable development of enterprises in the same industry.Through literature research and case analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of green production management of A company,with the main line of raising,analyzing and solving problems.First of all,the research background and significance are introduced,and relevant literature is read to provide theoretical support for subsequent research.Secondly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the macro environment and industrial environment of Company A by using PEST tool.Combined with its own green production management,it is found that Company A still has five problems in green production management compared with advanced enterprises in the industry.First,the utilization rate of raw materials is low.Second,the recycling effect of resources is poor.Third,equipment lags behind advanced enterprises.Fourth,improper storage of emissions.Fifth,the shortage of talent.Based on the above analysis and the internal and external environment faced by Company A,this paper analyzes the causes of the green production management problems of Company A,and provides optimization strategies and safeguard measures for the green production management of Company A.This study is helpful for A company to promote the development of green production management,and has certain reference significance for other similar enterprises in the industry.
