In our country,mining depth has been increasing continuously.Affected by complex geological conditions,it is still facing a high risk of water disaster in the process of mining.In the process of inducing water bodies to establish water guide channels,microseismic events are formed in the fractured surrounding rock,and the activation location of water bodies can be effectively identified by laying vibration monitoring devices,which can provide early warning information for underground production safety.To meet this demand,this paper starts with the basic principle of microseismic monitoring water damage information,and based on theoretical analysis and numerical calculation results,completes the design and development of a microseismic monitoring system suitable for underground coal mine environment.The main research work is as follows:1.The basic principle of microseismic events induced by surrounding rock rupture and the mechanical mechanism of microseismic events caused by rock rupture are discussed,and the propagation characteristics of microseismic waves in coal seam and the focal characteristics of microseismic are analyzed.Based on this,the overall design framework of underground microseismic monitoring system is proposed.2.Carry out numerical calculation of characteristic parameters of water damage microseismic signal such as energy,amplitude,frequency,etc.Combined with the internal structure of moving-coil detector,establish the basic response model of electrical signals generated by vibration signals,obtain the electrical characteristic waveforms of vibration signals theoretically,and provide a basis for the index design of the system.3.A microseismic monitoring host based on 24-bit high-precision acquisition card and high-sensitivity mine detector is developed.By using GPS+1588 protocol joint timing mode,the microseismic signal in the mine can be obtained in microsecond level synchronously.4.Developed the real-time data acquisition software of microseismic monitoring system based on Lab VIEW language,realized the setting of instrument parameters,collection mode and mass data return of downhole system in the ground under the mode of remote communication.The performance test of the developed system is carried out,and the accuracy of the developed system is verified by setting up simulation environment in laboratory and ground.The system developed in this paper was monitored for 90 days in the east well of Gequan Mine,Xingtai City,Hebei Province.The results show that the microseismic monitoring system can operate stably in complex mine environment,and can realize effective acquisition of vibration signals,which provides technical support for coal mine water disaster warning.
