With the continuous improvement of the construction depth of coal mine,the pressure of roadway from surrounding rock is also increasing.Therefore,the problem of difficult support of deep soft rock roadway is now an urgent problem to be solved.Deep soft rock roadway support methods include bolt support technology,anchor cable support technology and so on,among which the collapsible U-shaped steel support has become one of the main support methods of deep soft rock roadway because of its advantages of high initial support strength,high tensile and compressive strength,good toughness and certain collapsibility.However,in the actual construction process,the U-shaped steel support is usually damaged due to uneven stress,which seriously endangers the safe use of roadways.Therefore,it is particularly important to take scientific and effective repair and reinforcement measures for U-shaped steel supports.This paper takes the wind tunnel of Ⅱ836 working face of Zhuxianzhuang coal mine in Suzhou as the main research object,and the domestic and foreign soft rock roadway support theory is elaborated,and based on the engineering geology condition of Zhuxianzhuang coal mine,the failure mechanism of Ⅱ836 working face in Zhuxianzhuang coal mine is analyzed,and proposes the use of U-shaped steel stentanchor cable collaborative support to support,and proposes the use of U-shaped steel stent-anchor cable collaborative support to support.The U-shaped steel scaffold-anchor cable synergistic support can improve the stress distribution inside the surrounding rock,and improve the overall bearing capacity of U-shaped steel scaffold by using the anchor cable,so as to realize the overall stability of U-steel support.In this paper,by building a geometric mechanical model of U-shaped steel bracket,the load performance of U-shaped steel bracket before and after reinforcement is analyzed by structural mechanics,and the inner and outer edge stress of U-shaped steel bracket before and after reinforcement is obtained using Maple and MATLAB software,and the internal and external edge stress curves of steel support before and after reinforcement are obtained,and the comparison and analysis are carried out.The results show that the stress of the inner and outer edges of the support is decreased obviously,and the supporting effect is good.On this basis,the industrial test is carried out,and the deformation observation is carried out by using the ’ cross point method ’ to test whether the reinforcement technology is effective.From the overall change trend of the displacement curve,it can be seen from the displacement curve that the roadway deformation has been effectively controlled,which meets the requirements of mining and safe use of the II836 working face in Zhuxianzhuang coal mine.It can provide certain reference and experience for deformation instability of deep buried soft rock roadway in China.Figure[sixteen]Table[twelve]Reference[eighty-four]...
