| Thermite is a composite energetic material that has high exothermic properties composed of metals and metal oxides.Combustion temperature,flame intensity and other factors are important influencing factors of thermite combustion.It plays an important role in its combustion effect and application performance.Thermite is widely used in military and civilian fields and have broad prospects.Oilfield exploitation,pipeline maintenance engineering mainly rely on special thermite to solve the heat source problem.Although special burners are widely used.But there are still many problems.Therefore,according to the theory of pyrotechnic combustion,this paper combined with the current research status at home and abroad,A special thermite for oilfield exploitation is introduced.This paper focuses on the study of the thermal effect mechanism of the aluminothermic reaction.Use metal oxides Fe3O4,TiO2and KNO3as oxidants.Thermite prepared by adding aluminum powder,exploring the combustion performance of thermite through theory and experiment,designed a thermite burning device used for oilfield exploitation,pipeline maintenance engineering.Analysis of the factors affecting the combustion performance of thermite.The specific research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Selection of the composition of thermite,it is determined that Al,Fe3O4,TiO2are used as the main components of the reaction,with the addition of potassium nitrate,a strong oxidant,three thermites were designed.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the theoretical combustion heat and the theoretical combustion temperature of the three thermites are obtained.(2)In order to successfully ignite the thermite,the activator of this paper is configured with Al-CuO in the ratio of 2:3,and test the amount of ignition powder.The results show that the challenge dose is 2g,all three thermites in this article can be ignited.But the ignition waiting time of Al-Fe3O4thermite and Al-Fe3O4/TiO2thermite is longer than 1s.The ignition time was significantly shortened when the amount of excitation charge was increased.(3)In order to study the safety of thermite in production and engineering applications,test the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of thermite.The results showed that three thermites studied in this paper have extremely low sensitivity to impact and friction.So it has extremely high safety and stability in industrial applications.(4)Application in oilfield exploitation and pipeline maintenance engineering is a special operation.The sparks and products produced by the combustion cannot be splashed around.A closed combustion device is designed for this purpose,And describe the charge structure of thermite.(5)In order to explore the factors affecting the burning rate of thermite,an orthogonal experiment with three factors(dose,formula,density)and three levels was designed.The range calculation results show that among the factors affecting the burning rate,the formula has the greatest influence,the dosage is the second,and the density is the least.The variance calculation results show that when the factor formula takes 90%confidence,the calculated F value is much larger than the F critical value F0.1,reaching a significant level.The parameters of the thermite with the fastest burning speed are Al-TiO2thermite with a density of 1.0g·cm-3and a dosage of 15g.(6)In order to explore the factors affecting the burning rate of thermite,an orthogonal experiment with three factors(dose,formula,density)and three levels was designed.The range calculation results show that among the factors affecting the burning rate,the formula has the greatest influence,the density is the second,and the dose is the least.The thermite parameter with the highest combustion temperature is Al-TiO2thermite with a density of 0.9g·cm-3and a dosage of 25g.(7)Use a paperless recorder to record real-time data of the orthogonal test,draw a temperature-time curve according to the data.Verify the correctness of the analytical results of the orthogonal test.Figure[25]Table[25]Reference[85]... |
