The aircraft tire market in our country has been dominated by imported tires,and the domestic market share is quite limited.Furthermore,research and development of aircraft tires started late in our country,resulting in a significant gap compared to foreign countries.Therefore,developing aircraft tire research is crucial to the development of aircraft tire industry.The contact problem is the critical part of tire design,and the development of a contact analysis solver is vital to solve research and development issues of aircraft tires.Thus,the aim of this dissertation is to develop finite element software for aircraft tires and enhance the forward design ability of aircraft tires.The main research works are described as follows:(1)The finite element contact theory is derived.Using the penalty function method,the additional constraints were introduced into the functional to discretize the contact integral.The finite element discretization schemes for bonded contact,sliding frictionless contact,and sliding frictional contact were successfully deduced.Furthermore,the penalty function method is extended to the augmented;lagrangian multiplier method,which reduces the ill-conditioned conditions of the governing equations and satisfies the contact constraints precisely.In addition,for linear elastic materials and hyperelastic materials,the derivation of the automatic penalty function method is completed.In terms of contact search,this dissertation combines the octree algorithm with the ray tracing theorem to improve the search efficiency and algorithm robustness.Finally,the theory of contact post-processing is constructed.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of contact analysis solver.(2)The contact analysis module of Super Tire software is developed,including solver and post-contact processing.Firstly,the software architecture of the contact solver is introduced.Using the derived contact theory,a software solver for aircraft tire contact analysis is developed.The software interface is designed by using graphical user interface.The post-contact processing module is developed,and the window functions of the module are introduced in details.This module enables further processing and explanation of the finite element contact analysis results,and visualization of the results.(3)The accuracy of the aviation contact analysis solver is verified by an numerical example of aviation tire.Using the developed contact analysis solver,the inflation analysis and static contact patch analysis of the aircraft tire finite element model under rated conditions are carried out.Comparing the computation results with the analysis results of Abaqus software,the accuracy of contact analysis solver is verified,which effectively improves the research and development capabilities of aircraft tires.
