With the rapid development of the steel industry,high-strength boards are growing more and more in various types of steel sheets,and the market is constantly improving on the specifications of high-strength boards,and the production of high-strength boards is experiencing change.In response to existing high-strength board roller level,the correction process is not perfect,the special category sheet is low,and it is difficult to meet the production needs of the wire control accuracy,and this paper analyzes and studies its key technologies.The main contents include:(1)Explain the high-strength plate roller leveling process and pressure regimen,according to the elastic deformation theory in the reflex process of the sheet,the stress-strain relationship and curvature-bending moment of the strengthening metal during bending formation,The mathematical model of the parameters such as the fault velocity,roller diameter,and pressure content of high strength plates are established.(2)Establish the simulation model of the high-strength plate roller level process and the rebound process using finite element software,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the correction of the model;the model is based on the stress change law in the process of high-strength board forming,and the leveling process parameters such as speed,roller diameter,and pressure of pressure on the quality of leveling;the process parameter scheme is optimized in combination with orthogonal experiment and entropy rights evaluation method.(3)Based on the quality of the yield strength,thickness,and the original defects,the leveling process and forming accuracy of different specifications of high-strength plates;a series of special categories of high-strength plate correction of more than 1150 MPa,thickness of less than 20 mm,and waste defects,etc.High problems,combined with high-strength anti-bending formation theory to improve process programs.(4)Establish a system theoretical model of the graft servo pressure,on the basis of deriving the system transfer function,design the BP neural network PID algorithm for accurate control of the pressure below the correcting roller,and combined with the traditional PID control through MATLAB / SIMULINK module performs joint simulation,compare system response performance of two control methods.
