| The environmental pollution of plastic packaging and the waste of resources have been criticized.In recent years,the green packaging materials vigorously developed by the country have gradually become the main direction of the development of the packaging industry.For small and medium-sized enterprises such as K Packaging Company,complying with the trend of industrial development and improving their product competitiveness is the only way to transform and upgrade from traditional packaging to green packaging.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the investment risk management of K company’s green packaging project.Based on the basic idea of "risk identification-risk evaluation-risk response",this paper carries out relevant research on investment risk management of the proposed green packaging project of K Company.First of all,referring to the relevant theories of the project life cycle,the project is divided into four stages: investment decision,early investment,project construction and project operation.At each stage,the document analysis method is used to initially identify the risk types of the project,and then through the brainstorming of the company’s senior management,it is finally determined that the risks that may be faced include policy,economy,finance,contract,construction,technology,market,operation and management risks.Then,in the risk evaluation stage,through the integration and segmentation of different risks,and combined with the analytic hierarchy process,expert scoring method and other methods to calculate the weight of each factor,so as to obtain the ranking of different risk levels.Specifically,among the primary risks,market risk has the largest weight,followed by financial risk,management risk,technical risk,policy risk and economic risk.Among the secondary risks,the sharp decline in product prices in the future is the most important risk that K Company needs to pay attention to.The financing activities are blocked,and the competition risk is also the risk that needs to be paid attention to.Finally,in the risk response stage,in view of the main risks,the risk response strategies that K Company can adopt include: to reduce costs and increase efficiency by seizing market share,optimizing marketing model,expanding market segments,opening up sources and reducing costs,and carrying out digital transformation and upgrading and other measures to achieve refined management;Broaden financing channels to introduce equity investors and do a good job in project feasibility analysis;Strengthen the co-construction and sharing mechanism with downstream customers,determine the reasonable price,improve the viscosity of downstream customers,and attach importance to external cooperative research and development;Continue to increase investment in research and development,strengthen the construction of technical talent team,and improve the incentive system for research and development personnel;Establish emergency capital and risk monitoring mechanism.In addition,based on the current analysis,this paper finally expounds the main conclusions and prospects the future research ideas. |
