Optimization Of Garbage Disposal Scheme In PF Town

In recent years,under the influence of the improvement of China’s economic level,the continuous improvement of rural economic conditions,and the continuous increase of the per capita disposable income of residents,the output of rural production and domestic garbage has been increasing.For many years,rural residents and township governments lack environmental awareness,and the waste treatment construction is simple and aging,resulting in a huge stock of rural waste and increasingly serious pollution,increasing the difficulty of rural waste treatment.At the same time,rural domestic waste is piled up in large quantities without harmless treatment.The harmful components in the waste and the substances produced by the anaerobic decomposition of the waste pollute the water,atmosphere and soil in the surrounding areas,which not only destroys the ecological environment of Longxun and the surrounding areas,but also breeds mosquitoes,flies and old rats to spread diseases,affecting the healthy life of residents.Rural garbage treatment has gradually hindered farmers’ production,life and rural urbanization construction,restricted the sustainable development of rural areas,and even affected the construction of beautiful villages in China and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,which has greatly delayed the construction of beautiful villages.The implementation of the garbage treatment project can not only improve the quality of the surrounding ecological environment,but also help local development,improve the image of the government,and strengthen people’s centripetal force towards the party and government,which is the need to build a harmonious society.This study aims to solve the problem of PF town’s stock garbage and daily garbage disposal and establish a garbage dump.According to the actual situation,three options for waste stock disposal are developed.After analyzing the important influencing factors in the plan,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of technical factors,economic factors and social environmental factors was established,and the comprehensive evaluation of the stock waste treatment plan was carried out using the analytic hierarchy process.The expert scoring method is used to score each treatment scheme,and finally the final score of each scheme is obtained,and then the scheme comparison and selection are carried out.The research of this project has certain reference significance for grass-roots waste treatment.
