Since the implementation of Made in China 2025,my country’s precision processing technology has achieved rapid development.However,in the processing of complex thinwalled parts,there are still problems such as immature related technologies and poor processing quality of thin-walled parts.In this context,this article takes the gyroscope parts with complex thin-wall features as the research object to study the processing technology of precision and complex thin-wall parts.Establish the roughness calculation model of the up and down milling,the calculation model of the cutting thickness and the simulation model of the up and down milling plane,analyze the relationship of the surface roughness of the up and down milling,the change of the cutting force during the machining process and the residual stress on the surface of the part.It is a gyroscope part Select the optimal milling method for processing;Combine the structural characteristics and processing requirements of the gyroscope parts,design the processing technology,and compare the simulation gyroscope design and optimization of cutting tool trajectory for instrument parts,through the use of a dedicated post-processor to obtain NC programs;Study the machining errors of gyroscope parts,analyze the geometric errors of the machining process system,including the geometric errors of machine tool,tool and workpiece positioning,and design orthogonal experiment of part deformation,to obtain the processing parameters of the smallest deformation of the workpiece,and to verify it by simulation;Perform the processing experiment of gyroscope parts to verify that the designed processing technology,numerical control program and optimized processing parameters are correct and feasible.The milling roughness calculation model and cutting thickness calculation model established in this paper provide useful explorations for subsequent milling theoretical research.The researched milling processing theory,processing technology design method of gyroscope parts,and processing error analysis method provide a certain reference value for the processing of aerospace precision and complex thin-walled parts.
