In order to ensure the operation safety of construction personnel in petrochemical confined space,it is necessary to monitor the environmental parameters of confined space in real time and give early warning of potential hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a safety monitoring and early warning system for petrochemical confined space operation,which integrates real-time detection of confined space environmental parameters,wireless communication,automatic personnel positioning and safety early warning.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The wireless detection terminal of environmental parameters in confined space is studied and designed,which realizes the data acquisition and wireless remote transmission of temperature and humidity,hydrogen sulfide concentration,oxygen content and atmospheric pressure in confined space,and provides reliable basic data for the realization of automatic positioning of construction personnel and safety early warning of construction environment.(2)Taking visual studio 2015 as the development environment,MFC as the development platform and SQL Server 2008 as the background database,the automatic monitoring software for confined space construction safety is developed.The data collection of distributed acquisition terminals is realized based on socket network communication technology,and the environmental parameter database is established based on MFC ODBC database technology.(3)This paper studies the theory and implementation method of confined space environmental early warning based on ARMA prediction model,preliminarily realizes the automatic early warning of confined space environmental safety based on the mixed programming method of MATLAB and MFC,studies the automatic positioning method of constructors,and realizes the automatic positioning of constructors based on the relationship between atmospheric pressure and altitude.(4)The monitoring system is tested.The results show that the maximum measurement errors of temperature,humidity,oxygen content and hydrogen sulfide concentration by the data acquisition terminal are 1 ℃,3.7% RH,0.4% and 0.3ppm respectively,which meet the construction safety standards of petrochemical industry.The location information of operators determined by the software is consistent with the actual location information,and the positioning accuracy meets the actual needs.Based on ARMA model The prediction error of hydrogen sulfide and oxygen content predicted by the model is small,and good construction safety early warning effect is achieved.
