Based on the study of domestic and foreign typical multiple duct burner tube layer distribution and nozzle structure on the basis of,according to the provided technical parameters and the basis of the theoretical calculation,design of burner tube layer distribution sequence,the nozzle structure,motion control system and the nozzle rotation Angle,using the Solidworks complete burner structure design and 3 d modeling.Using three-dimensional modeling software to the combustion chamber and nozzle end of watershed model is set up,and then using the CFD numerical simulation technology,the combustion chamber is obtained by the numerical simulation of temperature field,such as NOx concentration field distribution,and analyzes the result,whether combustor flow field distribution of various physical quantities conforms to the actual situation of kiln production,It provides important theoretical reference for the structural design and development improvement of burners in engineering practice.The performance of the designed burner is studied,and the flame shape obtained is analyzed and summarized by changing different working condition parameters for numerical simulation.The multiple linear regression equation is established,and the general empirical formula for flame length calculation is obtained,which provides reference for predicting flame length under other working conditions.In order to reduce labor cost and workload and realize the intellectualization of burner,the YOLO V5 network model derived from convolutional neural network is adopted to realize the automatic identification of flame shape and the automatic adjustment of nozzle Angle.The local monitoring system with Siemens PLC as the control core is built,and its hardware configuration,combined with MCGS configuration software for the design of the monitoring screen,to achieve the real-time remote monitoring of the combustion process of pulverized coal burner.
