The deviation value of single cigarette weight is an important benchmarking indicator in the tobacco industry.However,this indicator of CS Cigarette Factory continues to lag behind in the industry.This study aims to improve the quality management level of single cigarette weight in CS Cigarette Factory,to help the enterprises improve benchmarking indicators and promote quality management improvement.This study takes the rolling and packing workshop of CS Cigarette Factory as the research object,mainly applies the theory of total quality management and PDCA cycle theory to analyze the status quo and problems of the quality management of the rolling and packing workshop of CS Cigarette Factory.At the same time,in the process of equipment management optimization design,the Shainin DOE techniques was introduced to explore the operation parameters of the rolling machine.Through data detection and analysis,the key factors were found,and optimized design and safeguard measures were implemented.which provided a new idea for rolling and packaging workshop of CS Cigarette Factory to solve quality problems and carry out quality management activities.In addition,this study is the first to optimize the deviation value of single cigarette weight of PTM5 cigarette rolling machine.The research results have practical guiding significance for the optimization and management of deviation value of single cigarette weight in cigarette industry,and also provide a new management and improvement idea for the solution of similar problems and the improvement of cigarette rolling machining accuracy.Figure 37,table 21,reference 65...
