| Membrane concentrated landfill leachate is a kind of high-concentration organic wastewater produced in the process of biochemical and double-membrane treatment of landfill leachate. It has extremely low biodegradability and strong biological toxicity. The advanced oxidation method has the advantages of mild conditions and high treatment efficiency,so it has strong application prospects, especially the Fenton method is the most widely studied, but the shortcomings such as narrow effective p H range and a large amount of iron sludge limit its large-scale application in water treatment.Because of the above problems, this paper carried out a study on the treatment of membrane concentrated landfill leachate based on the Cu-Fenton method and its mechanism. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Taking Humic acid(HA)as the treatment object, the treatment efficiency of the Cu-Fenton method and Fe-Fenton method was compared. It was found that the Cu-Fenton method was more suitable for neutral/weak alkaline conditions, and at the same time,it could avoid the production of sedimented sludge. Therefore, the Cu-Fenton method is more suitable for the treatment of membrane concentrated landfill leachate.(2)The experimental study on the degradation of membrane concentrated landfill leachate by Cu-Fenton method was systematically carried out.Under the conditions of H2O2 addition amount of 10 m L/200m L,H2O2/Cu(II)molar ratio of 1000,reaction p H of 5.0,reaction temperature of 60 oC and reaction time of 3 h,the DOM in membrane concentrated landfill leachate can be effectively removed and the removal rate of TOC is 68%.(3)The changes of UV-absorbing substances during the degradation of membrane concentrated landfill leachate by Cu-Fenton method were studied based on UV-Vis spectroscopy.Under the conditions of H2O2addition amount of 10 m L/200 m L,H2O2/Cu(II)molar ratio of 1000,reaction p H of 5.0,reaction temperature of 60 oC and reaction time of 3 h,aromatic structures can be effectively removed, and the removal rate of UV254 is 95.7%.(4)Two fluorescent components in the membrane concentrated landfill leachate were identified by fluorescence excitation emission matrix-parallel factor analysis.Component 1(C1)has a strong peak at EX/EM=325 nm/415 nm,which is microbial source HA,Component 2(C2)has a strong peak at EX/EM=255 nm/450 nm and a weak peak at EX/EM=375 nm/450 nm,respectively.C2 is terrestrial source HA.(5)The degradation sequence of fluorescent components was analyzed by two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy. The results show that terrestrial HA was preferentially changed over biological HA during the Cu-Fenton process.Figure 21,Table 4,References 89... |
