| Mat is a commonly used sunstroke prevention article in high temperature season.As the raw material of mat,the surface quality of bamboo block directly determines the quality of mat.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the surface defects of bamboo block.At present,most mat enterprises use manual detection to detect the defects of bamboo blocks.The detection efficiency is low and the subjectivity is strong.It is difficult to meet the production requirements and needs to be automated.Based on the above problems,taking the mat bamboo block as the object,the defect detection algorithm of mat bamboo block is deeply studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the surface detection of bamboo block,the image acquisition system of bamboo block was built,and the image preprocessing algorithm of bamboo block was proposed to segment the bamboo block image from the irrelevant background,so as to reduce the search range of further defect detection;(2)The feature extraction and recognition algorithm of surface defects of mat bamboo block are studied.The defect recognition model of mat bamboo block is established based on support vector machine and convolution neural network respectively.The recognition accuracy is98.95% and 99.90% respectively;(3)The method of locating the surface defect of the mat bamboo block is studied.The distortion correction of the camera is realized by using Zhang Zhengyou calibration method,and the mapping relationship between the pixel coordinates of the mat bamboo block image and the actual spatial coordinates of the mat bamboo block is obtained;(4)The surface defect detection effect of mat bamboo block is studied experimentally,and the correctness and stability of the defect detection algorithm of mat bamboo block are verified.To sum up,aiming at the lack of automatic surface detection of mat bamboo block,a defect detection algorithm of mat bamboo block is proposed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by experiments,which can provide a certain theoretical basis for the automatic detection of mat bamboo block surface defects. |
