In life, wine is one of the important carriers of culture.Wine culture is the construction of its unique cultural meaning around the many rituals or actions produced by wine.At the same time, wine also plays an important role in daily life, and it has rich cultural and symbolic significance. This paper systematically sorts out the winemaking culture of Jinsha County for more than 400 years, traces the development trajectory of a century-old winemaking family in the flow of history, discusses how local culture adapts to modern society from two dimensions: horizontal and vertical, and discusses the inheritance and transformation of winemaking family. The introduction mainly focuses on the background of the topic selection, the significance of the topic selection, and the existing relevant literature,so as to determine the research direction of this paper. The research ideas of this paper are clarified, and the main research content and focus of this paper are clarified. The first chapter reviews the development of wine culture in Jinsha County. The wine culture of Jinsha County was sorted out from the aspects of literature and oral history, and the source and development trajectory of its production were sorted out. With Yuancun Township,Andi Town and Anluo Township as the core,it forms a wine culture circle with wine as the core and spreads to the surrounding areas, and briefly introduces the history of several well-known winemaking families.Chapter 2 describes the development of the "Y" brewing family in Jinsha County.Based on the first-hand data obtained from field research, the inheritance relationship is gradually sorted out,and its interaction with regional cultural owners is straightened out. From a personal point of view,YSL wants future generations to inherit their brewing skills on the one hand, and on the other hand, wants to give future generations a better choice, which reflects the changes of the times, changes in lifestyles, changes in values, and so on.From other perspectives,we can see that in the Y family, all ages have their own opinions on winemaking, and consumers of different ages have different degrees of love for Y wine, which also reflects the diversity and complexity of modern wine culture, and it has also undergone some changes with the times.Chapter 3 traces the evolution of wine culture in Jinsha County.Comparing traditional and modern sacrifices, festivals and life rituals,it can be seen that in the process of historical evolution from tradition to modernity,in the field of rituals, the form of wine culture changes with the development of society; However, the value of wine as a beverage and gift has not changed, and the relationship with the brewery family and consumers is still in touch, which is an expression of the local wine culture inheritance.Chapter 4 explores the modernization and transformation of the winemaking family in Jinsha County. From the academic aspects of intangible cultural heritage, symbol consumption, cultural capital and cultural industry, the contemporary value of Jinsha County wine culture was discussed, and it was pointed out that the transformation from cultural symbols to cultural capital will be the transformation of the family wine industry in the future. Finally, this paper concludes that in modern society, the wine culture in life has penetrated into various fields such as politics, economy, culture and education; The intangible cultural heritage represented by wine culture and its brewing technology,in the process of transformation from cultural resources to cultural capital, needs to have a cultural awareness and develop it into a cultural industry, which is also the fundamental reason why a traditional winemaking family industry must be inherited and transformed.
